Skyline I haven't been sleeping well, and last night I had a dream I was pregnant and dh was cheating on me I woke up crying, but went back to sleep. I hardly ever remember my dreams but this was a nightmare.

I did tell dh already, I had wanted to surprise him but that went out the window lol. I took the test and took it back to bed with me then turned my phone flashlight on. I had really been expecting a bfn but when I saw the line I took off running to the living room and handed the test to dh for confirmation I was seeing things. He says what I don't see anything( our living room light is dim so I turn his phone flashlight on and shine it on it and he's like oh wait I do see it. We are very excited but also nervous. He told me he would feel better when the line was as dark as the control.

@athena - That is totally understandable! My DH said he would feel better after we were out of the 1st trimester! But after the Dr. visit I'm pretty sure he's not nervous anymore. Sending some major your way!!!

@athena-CONGRATS!!!! that is totally a BFP!!!!!!

@skyline- ha, yes we are super excited!!! Cannot wait :)

AFM-So AF lasted only 2 days this cycle. Isn't that weird? Anyone else have a short period?? It was there, but super light yesterday, like barely anything, so maybe 2.5 days i will say. Any thoughts...is this a bad thing?

@LSchrader - I definitely indicates something is up hormonally, I will go find a video where Alisa Vitti talks about what different period types indicate... if I remember correctly, the light one means low estrogen.

@skyline-Ok thank you. So weird. I have never had a cycle like that and ALL my testing came back normal when I had it all done. Wonder why it now changes....

@LSchrader - It could be a temporary imbalance, or a sign that something is just beginning to get out of whack.

@skyline-Yeah, I will just see. It is super strange though. I spotted like I normally do the two days before. Who knows. I will look back at my previous cycles too. I started taking Evening Primrose Oil on Saturday...i am wondering if that caused my cycle to be short.

Well from what I just read, it sounds like evening primrose oil can reduce period length and symptoms. I am wondering if that is the case with me this month....thoughts ladies?

My reason for taking it is because with DH's bad counts, I figured the more fertile CM and environment I could create the better. EPO helps with this.

Lschrader did you stop it after ovulation. You're supposed to if you didn't because it can cause uterine contractions and can cause miscarriage.

I took a few cheapies and they all have lines :)
