Hi ladies, i need some reassurance! I scheduled my HSG but the latest they could get me in is 1:30 (next Monday). I was hoping to have it towards the end of day and just go home. I will now have to go back to work. From you who have had this done, how awful was it? Did you take time off of work? Do you think I will be fine going back? Ugh, i am pretty much out of vacation time, but if i HAVE to, i will ask to take a half day at work.

@athena I know, I was crying when I wrote it because I know how real te struggle has been for you & @miracle and @topo & not o say that the ladies who recently found their way to us haven't paid their dues as well. But I am also happy for your opportunity because you haven't even been getting that so here is to your 2ww **toast**

@lsch I would say play it by ear tell your boss that you have a test and it could be uncomfortable & you may not be able to return. Be sure to medicate before going in and you should be fine. My first one my tubes were still tied as I was able to return to work. The one I had in August was a littl more uncomfortable. I just randomly had that day off but I was kind if glad that I did.

@pisces- Thank you :) I have some Xanax...do you think I could take one before? I go in tomorrow for blood work so i will talk to them.

Thank you Pisces. I've been praying for everyone to get their bfp. When it was a long shot for me to get a bfp I wanted others to so I had that hope. The craziest part is I told Tara a few months ago I always thought we'd be pregnant at the same time well now it's possible we literally ovulated on the same day so we would have the same due date. I am so grateful for this though, whether I'm pregnant or not I am happy that I at least have the opportunity to be. I hope everyone gets their bfp. I will say this, I know everyone wants to get their bfp right when they start ttc but I am glad it has taken so long because when I do get my bfp I will appreciate so much more. I will love my baby so much more. I really think God has been trying to teach me that and to not be jealous of other people because for a while I was really bad about being jealous of other people on fb or that I saw that were pregnant.

I also wanted to say since 1 dpo my nipples have been sooo sore. I think that's a sign progesterone is building up right?

@ lsc it depends mine wasn't bad at all just some bad cramps but it also depends on if your tubes are blocked and they force their way in.. I'd do what Pisces said just go by ear..

@ Athena yes it's progesterone building up you need progesterone to make your eggie stick in your uterus without it or a low amount can cause a m/c or for you to never be able to conceive so take them hurting as a good sign what us women go through to have babies...
