Im seriously starting to think this is a chemical pregnancy.... My tests are still super faint! Im 13dpo!!! My BBT is not low but its not spiking like it should, I was worried from the start about this and i really think its happening :( I will get my other tests in 2 days to confim but its not looking good

I am new to this, but my husband was also diagnosed with azoospermia last year. It was a shock since we already conceived another child, our daughter is now 3. Although it did take almost 2 years to become pregnant with her and one miscarriage as well. His azoospermia was caused by a medication his doctor put him on, we were trying for our second for over a year and then came to find out it was all for nothing because it could have never happened anyways. It was a real heart break for sure since it was done to us.... He is now off the medication and next step is to wait for some time to pass and go in for a semen analysis to see what the results are. Has anyone had this happen to them where it was medically induced and came back from it to have another child?
The other part of this story is that it took us so long to have our daughter there may have been some sperm problems in the beginning and we will never know.
Thanks for letting me get this out there, I would do anything I could to make it easier on him, so I am taking soy isoflavones in the hope that when his count comes back we can conceive naturally. Our fertility doctor suggests IUI when (and if) the count comes back. Has anyone had IUI successes?

Also wanted to say good luck to everyone and I hope we all get pregnant this year!!!

Anastasia: WELCOME!! sorry you have to be here. My Dh has azoospermia due to chemo and radiation when he was a child. His can not be fixed. What medication was your hubby on that caused this? I would think that after 3 months of being off the meds you might see some improvement. Are you seeing a male infertility specialist? Dr. Turek in San francisco does free phone consults. hes the best of the best and will tell you what he thinks your chances of success are. unfortunatly we were given a 10% chance of finding sperm which just wasnt worth the money they wanted to search for it. there is an azoospermia thread where there is lots more ladies and I'm sure there is someone there that has had the same thing happen. http://forums.fertilitycommunity.com/male-factor-infertility/260227-azoospermia.html You can def. stay here and chat with us though too! I have had IUIs but only with donor sperm and I had one chemical. we are now doing inseminations at home with our donor sperm. when my husband first was diagnosed we bought a microscope for semen analysis at home. Maybe you guys could do that and check it every once in while on your own. Good Luck! I hope that everything works out and that your Dh and you are able to conceive baby #2 naturally!

stillfuntryin: hang in there! I know it hard but it def. could be the tests. Are you testing everyday? I know they said you really shoudl only test every other (then youd probably notice a bigger difference in the tests as well. I have everything crossed for you!!!

AFM: only 4 dpo. Ive been keeping busy but find myself still wanting to get through this 2ww. I've been meeting with lots of potential puppy adopter the last couple of days. I had one couple who took two of my babies and today a couple took one and is doing a trial run for the weekend to see if it will work. it made me an emotional mess since theyve been my babies for 8 weeks now but I've been happy with the people wanting to adopt so far. Although the lady today was complaining about my baby's hair and i was thinking "your hair aint all that great either lady" lol! Well I keep thinking I feel symptoms and then have to remind myself I'm WAY too early lol! wishful thinking I suppose. Well talk to you all soon!!!!

Mel- Maybe the puppies where a good distraction while you wernt TTC, Both times i have had symptoms start at 3dpo so dont think its not possible, cramping is the main thing but 7dpo before implantation i had sore boobs and reflux i had the lot so who says you cant get symptoms before implantation!

AFM- Im out of IC's LOL probably a good thing, they have gotten darker but not even enough to get a pic they are that light but i have read so much about bad IC's and i did get a decent line on my old tests that worked before so i am trying to be positive, My cervix is firmly closed which is a good thing but i wonder why my BBT hasnt spiked to where it should be, most peoples charts spike after implanation, This is going to be the longest 2 days of my life LOL I hope when i do my Digi is say PREGNANT 2-3 weeks so then i will go back to that ebay site and leave neg feedback so some other poor girl doesnt have to go through this......

Thank you for the welcome!! He was put on testosterone replacement therapy for low t, now the real kicker is that once he was off the T replacement he does not have much desire which can make it difficult to try naturally. I actually live in Canada and have a fertility doctor already, actually 2 of them, one does the consulting and one talks to us about male factor infertility. At least that part is taken care of. But thank you for the suggestion of the phone consults.
How exactly do you do at home insemination?? I wonder if this would work when his counts come back (fingers crossed) to make it easier for me to become pregnant. I am sorry to hear that your husbands was because of chemo, that is awful.
I also thought I should tell you that my husband has been taking some natural supplements to help give his body a boost hopefully, so we will see....
Melc2808 how do you did you do semen analysis at home? Here in BC where I live unless you pay to get it done at a private clinic you have to wait at least six weeks for the results to come back, it is a verryyy long 6 weeks. I would love to not have to drive 4 hours to pay to take a test and be able to do something ourselves at home. Also might not put as much pressure for him to perform at a clinic!

I also had a question for you ladies, do any of you also use a saliva test as well as opk's. I chart my saliva, cervical position, mucous and all that. Wondering if you do, do any of you get ferning right before your period??

Yeah i have had ferning heap before AF i dont use it anymore i didnt find it reliable...

AFM- Temp spiked!!!! I have had this shoulder pain the last few days and i remember someone said that could be a sign of eptopic and maybe thats why my HCG is a little low or maybe i just hurt my shoulder LOL I NEED TO STOP WORRYING I am super happy my temps back up here is my chart

I can find the saliva to be difficult to read into sometimes, but I also think that anything to give us an extra chance is worth it. My patterns never look like the ones online though, kinda weird.
I looked at your chart, these are a little hard for me to read, the one I use is way less complicated, but from what I can tell it looks great!
