Afm: Just completed our first ICI woohoo! Dh said I had lots of egg white cm. unfortunately he couldn't get to my cervix but he aimed in the general direction so hopefully that works now Dh is sticking me on bed rest and told me to call out tomorrow so I don't go to work after our insem in the morning. Lol! Fingers crossed!

In town for my seond bloods and to get my pessaries! Beta 8 days after the first one of 81 is 1700! over to moon i wasnt expecting it to be so good! neither was the clinic, they are expecting next weeks one to be around 5000, im 5 weeks today!
Yay for a smooth ICI mel do you have to get it to the cervix? Im glad your first one went so well!
I hope all my dust rubs off on all of you guys!

Mel..yay for the insemination!! I would def do what the hubby says and stay hm :) let those swimmers get their job done..well atleast one of them..lol..i mentioned doin that at hm to my hubby...asked him if he wanted to play doctor..he perked up until i told him what i was talking about..lol..fingers crossed for you!!

Northernbabydreams..i hurt for you cuz of ur dog :( its the hardest thing me and hubby ever had to do..a year ago on Oct 13 we laid our german shepard to rest..i cry when im alone about it still to this day..he was our kid..HUGS for you

AFM..12dpo today craziest dreams yet last night...no headache today or anything else..I can count on both hands how many pg tests ive taken in the last 10yrs..AF has ALWAYS been on time..so seeing a neg test is way worse for me then jus waiting till she starts..(should start on oct 7).on a good note 2lbs down..yay! feels like it should b more..but ill take 2..have a grt day girls!!

Stillfuntryin: wow those betas are amazing! Maybe you have twins in there ;) lol! Technically your supposed go a bit into the cervix for ICI so I guess we actually only did IVI but we did the second one this morning and four hours later my ovaries a killing me so I'm guessing ovulation has now happened. We will do it one more time around 5 just for back up. I'm so happy to be in the TWW!

Ajzisman: lol! My Dh said no way at first two. But then yesterday he was totally trying to play doctor with the first insem lol! It didn't seem to bother him at all yesterday thank goodness. I completely understand AF being easier then a BFN. I hope she doesn't show up!

Hi guys, Home safe and sound, tired but.....

Weird dreams are a good thing AJ i had the weirdest one ;last night, we have a really roudy ghost that lives at the station and has been really friendly (well he doesnt make you scared) since we have been here (i should call him casper LOL) There was a guy who shot himself here in the 1980's and he is still here, anyway i dremt last night that he started getting mean and hurting us so we put camera's up to catch him and then it ended up being Hitler! Anyway it was way wacked out, i am blaming the extra hormones that im taking on the weird shit!

Yay for being in the TWW i hope some of my dust has fallen on you and its your month! Its good DH is ok with it im not sure if mine would be so OK with it.

Northernbabydream i thourght that was why you were so quiet, im so sorry I can send you my missbehaving pooch to get your mind off him. It may be a good thing you arnt worried about the TWW this cycle! Just think about that trip on that boat you were telling me about and warm sunshine and happy days, he is in a better place now and you will meet again someday

Stillfuntryin...I hope ur ghost keeps behaving himself..lol..dnt think i could handle a mean one..we hv had one paranormal moment b4..came hm from having a few drinks..we both get cereal bowls out to pig out..set the bowls on the counter and one of them shot across he counter top..(we were def not drunk either..lol) we both looked at each other like "did that jus really happen"..it was nuts but nothing else ever happened..hope ur getting enough rest for ur growing bean..or 2..hehehe..

AFM.. sad to say AF arrived..started spotting yesterday.so we went out and had a grt time last night with my brother and sister..waaaay too many beers..so now i have cramps and a hangover today..and have to go to a peewee football..boohoo! lol oh well..im sure ill need help from a doctor to get my baby..my 7 yr old nephew told me last night that we should have a baby :( he is so sweet..brought tears to my eyes..have a grt weekend ladies! :)

Ajzisman: I'm so sorry! glad to hear you had a great night though. Drinking is def. top of my list after a BFN! Are you going to be trying again this next cycle? It does suck to see a doctor. Have you thought of seeing if you can find a midwife to do IUIs I so badly want to do that if this cycle fails me.

Thank goodness i made it through the football game..a bunch of 2nd graders flopping around on the football field..not a clue what they r doing.. cold and windy! ugh!

Mel..lets hope you wont have to find midwife for an IUI. :o) never thought of doing that..Do you think it still costs as much as going to a doctor? For some reason i have a feeling i have blocked tubes or something..had a 2 yr relationship b4 i met my hubby wasnt on the pill or anything and never got pregnant w him either..the not knowing part is was drives me crazy!! Did u have ur tubes checked b4? some people say it doesnt bother them and then some say it was awful..Id still do it either way.. I hope the 2 wks goes by fast for u and this is it!!

AJ i would def get your tubes checked reguardless, if you see a specialist it should come in your assessment that they do at the start with bloods and egg counts and a endo check (well that's in australia i cant see it being too diff for USA) Mine hurt like hell! i have broken bones and been kicked by plenty of horses and cows and would like to see myself as someone who is fairly tough but that my friend that was some of the worst pain i have ever gone through, i would do it again if i had too just becasue it would benefit my chances in conceiving and would cross a few "what if's" off the list but it really sucked really bad!
Mel i hope this is your cycle, im glad you had good EWCM, i never really got it! i did try robitussen this cyle and got a bit that might have helped me alot i think!
AFM- these progestore pessaries are giving me some serious cramps, i have read that is a common side effect but it makes me so worried! i know its just the tab but it reaaly sucks!

Ajzisman: one lady on another forum said her midwife only charges $75 for IUIs my RE charges $300 so it would def. be worth looking into. I did have my tubes checked. I will say for me the worst part was them trying to find my cervix (which is always a problem) and then them inserting the balloon. That hurt like crazy. She couldn't even get it in all the way she finally gave up and said she would try it where it was. Then she told me if the rest was too bad to let her know because I guess a lot of patient think that's the easy part lol! But I didn't feel the dye at all I sat there watching it enter my tubes on the tv and it was actually pretty cool. I'm glad I did it because it gave me piece of mind. I def. suggest you do it before you try again because if you do have a blocked tube you could be wasting money. It might even clear it up for you. Thank you! I'm only at 2dpICI and already going crazy lol!

Stillfuntryin: sorry your progesterone is causing cramps. I think it does that too me when I take it too. And it always had me feeling hungry too lol!

Afm: remember that little chihuahua I told you all about 2 weeks or so ago that we chased down and rescued. Well needless to say we still have her and I took her to the vet today to find out her age range and make sure she's healthy enough to even try and find her a new home and guess what the vet tells me. ......she's pregnant!!! Lol! Of course my first rescue would be pregnant. Lol! He thinks she is having twins of course we don't have any way of finding out a time frame or anything. Now I'm not sure what we will do! . If only we could all get pregnant as easily as dogs. Lol!
