BeautifulDisaster: Temps are still up and I tested this morning. Opinions seem to differ on whether it has a line on it or not. I see a faint one on invert (after about 3 people pointed it out and now I have 7 who agree they see it) but most people apparently cannot see it. It's easy to find if you go through the profile. It's marked with a dot where we all see the line.

Sorry to everyone who has gotten AF or other bad news. This whole TTC stuff can be so frustrating. How can I manage this better when so many people around me are getting pregnant so easily. UGH. I have also been meaning to ask if there is anyone here TTC and has multiple sclerosis. I have it and have gone off my medication for now while trying to get pregnant. Hope it happens soon for us all. Hang in there everyone!!

FM says High today ... today is CD14 and this afternoon I have tons of EWCM (sorry if TMI....)

Am i ovulating today, tomorrow or the next day???? DH is away til Thursday evening ... Am i out and not even given then eggie a chance?????

OK so i started provera about 4 days ago. for about 5 or 6 days i have been experiencing extreme nausea with a headache. todayi noticed fuller breasts and some hyperpigmentation so i took a test just in case and negative..i think. unfortunately no camera so can't post a picture. could the nausea be from the provera? how soon in pregnancy does nausea occurr usually anyway? I have no idea when or if i ovulated (i suspected i didn't but if i did i am anywhere from 13-19dpo still which my guess closer to 19). should i call and get a blood test just in case the cheapie tests aren't picking up a pregnancy?

Hopeful - I usually O on CD15. I normally tell myself I'm not testing until AF is due but I never manage that. I"m sick of seeing BFN's though. Going to use EPO to improve CM. Really hoping that we can be belly buddies.

I know how difficult it is to be around people with babies. Everywhere I look there are pregnant people. And now my friend is pregnant and doesn't even know how far along cause she has irregular periods and wasnt supposed to be ovulating on her own. All of her pregnancies were surprises to her. . I wish I could have been like that.

Robertsbaby I can't say I see the line but fingers crossed for you. This board needs its first BFP.

Wiggy - I'd say you will be ovulating tomorrow....I'd be BDing like crazy today and tomorrow! :)

Okay, ladies. So on a whim today I decided to try an OPK test for no other reason except I hadn't tested this month and didn't want to try a HPT.

To my surprise, as I am on CD 26, it came back a pretty strong positive...image posted if you want to look. When I got home, positive OPK confirmed with the cute little smiley face guy.

This is only my second cycle since coming off BC so I can't say exactly what is average for me -- but my last cycle was 31 days with a positive OPK at CD17.

I've heard that a positive OPK right before AF is due can mean that you're pregnant or it could mean that AF will be arriving soon...

Anyone have experience/thoughts here?

nicola - I've tested several times around 10-12 DPO with an opk instead of wasting a HPT and I never got anything close to a positive. I've heard many women getting positives on OPK and then HPTs although sometimes you can get a positive on an OPK and not be pregnant, but if I were to get a positive OPK, I would test on a HPT

bama - each month when I spot I get all hopeful even though I know its AF (just b.c I know the signs) and it isn't until that flow when I know, my point is that being hopeful is all you can do b/c for many women who spot like that find out they are preggo. Hoping that the 13itch stays away!!!!!!

xomandyxocheyxo - sometimes my OPK progress and other times I get a negative and only hours later get a positive, so who knows, maybe you will get your positive on CD 17.

beautiful - I hope you get to feeling better...we have had a stomach bug going around these parts, I pray I don't it, it is truly horrible!!!!

elleno - I know that feeling all too well. Sadly yet happily, this was the first cycle in a long time I didn't have a complete meltdown, crying like a little baby in the shower (that's where I cry so no one will see, LOL)...it's like how many times can a woman break down? Ugh...thankfully we aren't alone and have great ladies here to keep us sane.

hopeful - I try but sometimes I just want to say screw it! I wouldn't worry about the CD9 spotting, I had that 3 cycles ago, abnormal for me, but not since.

zoolisa - hope that wine was good! I had some beer the other day to celebrate my bday and wanted more but couldnt take anymore after all the food, but it sure tasted good!

beatles - I think drs tend to wait a little later to test than some of us, maybe it is standard procedure, I think my gyn mentioned that you really should wait until missed AF or 14 DPO to really get a positive, although many ladies get them as early as 8 DPO, so who knows, glad things went well and its a good thing you are getting the ultrasound, they can see a lot through that and I'd like to get one myself.

SMC - I'd say get a test for piece of mind so you can make sure, b/c you never know.....

Roberts - I see a faint line if I tilt my screen a certain way.

Nothing new in my neck of the woods, CD 3, AF is a lovely beast especially with the awesome cramps I had.
