More Than Ready to be a December Momma!

Staring a new forum for all of us from the past boards who are hoping and MORE than ready to be December moms!

I know the category says ttc my first, but it's for anyone ttc, whether you've been trying 1 day or 600!

Although my EDD would be Nov 30th, I'm not counting on getting my BFP this month.

I feel like we all know each other so well, but just in case, I (Lindsay) am 29 (30 in a couple weeks!!), DH is 34, trying for our first, his 4th! We've been actively trying since August 2011, recently diagnosed with a wonky thyroid and high prolactin levels. I am taking medicine for both and hope to get my BFP once both levels go down. I am not trying anything this month and just going to see what happens while I wait to get my levels retested in April.....

BUT, if for some reason I do get preggo, I would know on my birthday!!!!! Last year I moved into my first house, this year BFP??????

Cristi - you are strong, I would have had a meltdown afterwards or maybe before, or maybe during. Nonethless that is a really cute theme!

Bama - I know how you feel, I dont think my DH understands it either or feels the way I do. He has 3 kids, but he does know how bad I want one and seeing him cuddle with our puppy, I can't stop imaging its a baby and how cute it will be. Luckily he doesn't feel or have a biological clock...we don't need 2 people going crazy over ttc in this house.

Bleeding got a bit more tonight, not enough to use a tampon but will be tomorrow. Again, I am not surprised and kinda exciting to try my best next month....yeeehaw

We will! I graduate with in May so after that I will need something new to occupy my time, a pregnancy and a baby would be a great thing to do that!!!!

PBC that would be the greatest way to occupy your free time! :)

My OPKs are almost there... the lines are dark and almost as dark as the control... we will be BDing our booties off for the next few days! :)

So 11dpo today (or 10) depending on how you look at my chart and 3 more BFN 2 Wonfo from different lots and just to be sure a FRER.... Nothing. I guess this cramping is AF it just doesn't feel like it. Anyway the should be here Wednesday.

I'm already making excuses not to go to my sis in laws gender reveal Tuesday. Maybe the will come early and that can be my excuse lol. I don't really care for my sis in law all that much. She had whined this whole pregnancy sine the day they found out about how awful she fees blah blah. Heck they "couldn't get" preggo after like 4-5 mos so they went to a fertility specialist only to find out that their dumb butts ( mind you they both have a college education) weren't BD ing anywhere near time of O JEEZ there is an app for that. She was Oing that day so they went home BD and boom she's preggo. Me I've got this down to a science but can I get preg NO. I know it's not DH cause he has 2 already. So it must be me. I must have a hostile uterus or something.

Ok rant over

Off to work again today I only have 8 days left in a row lol. Maybe we will be busy so I can keep my mind off all this other. I just feel out the month. I'm already getting depressed and I know when AF comes wed ill be even more depressed. DH made me promise I wouldn't be but I know I will. How can you not be. I hate being a failure. Especially over and over again. Maybe it's cause my mother in law cursed me lol she doesn't want DH and I too have our own kids just the 2 he already has even though she reminds me daily how they aren't mine and never will be. Ya and I wonder why I get depressed lol.

Good morning Ladies! I haven't posted in a few days, but I have been following everyone's posts. Sorry for those who are dealing with AF right now. She just left me, so it's time to get busy again! Congrats to those who are getting good results!

I just bought my first Clearblue OPK yesterday and tested this morning. I'm on CD8, so no surprise it was negative. I'll be interested to see how things play out this month. I've always been pretty certain of when I O, but I might be surprised to find out its earlier or later in the month than I thought!

@Farrah, I started using the Clear Blue Easy as well on CD9 and I am CD14 now and I knew I would get negatives cause I ovulate faithfully on CD17 but since coming off the Fertiliaid I wanted to test early to make sure I didn't miss anything in case it screwed up my cycle. Do me a favor, let me know if and when you notice a difference in your blue lines when you pull the stick out. I KNOW IT SAYS TO IGNORE THE LINES and I have read where people have barely seen a second line until the day they seen the smiley face so I am just curious. They control line is always dark, my test lines were very very faint the minute I ejected it then they fade away, here I am CD14 and it looks identical to CD9 so I just want to see if your lines progresses or pretty much stays faint the entire time. I will keep you posted on mine as well :-)

So after DH came in and saw be balling my eyes out over 3 BFN on our counter he reminded me that my last several cycles have been 35 days and we weren't real sure when I Ovd. But this time we know I Ovd checked by 2 different brands on either CD 15 or 16. Looks like 16 by my chart but got a pos OPK on CD 15. Soooo he says I shouldn't worry so much about getting a positive preg test because technically my period is not due Wednesday but the Wednesday after that. Hmmmm

Not real sure what to think on this one????? HELP????

On another note about imagining what everyone looks like..... If anyone wants to be friends on Facebook PM me, and we can be. That way we will know what everyone looks like lol.
