Hi girls, just quickly chipping in about vit c.
Back in Poland where I cime from, the norm is 200 3 times a day, when you have or are coming down with a cold it's 400 3 t/d
And the hit dose is 1000 2t/d o give your body a boost.

With vit c, it doesnt accumulate in our organisms, so if we want it to work we need to repeatedly take it.
It's an amazing help to fight any kind of cold Btw.
In Poland we have right twisted and left twisted vit c ( probably used the wrong word) but the left one is eassier for our organism to ingest.

Natural vit c, is in fresh parsley, spinach, all citrus fruits( and Def something else but I don't remember)

Kerzie-Yes I put the right amount of urine in, like I always do, and yes it's the same brand, and no I never did a test at 1 dpo. Not sure where you got your information. I tested at 7dpo and 8dpo.

Hey ladies!! Haven't picked up a test yet im just nervous as I dont have any symptoms really, I think im gonna test Sunday or Monday closer to my expected period..

Got to admit, since Christmas I have been bad at taking extra vitamins on top of my conception multivitamin. I've given myself a kick up the butt and going to make a chart of what to take and when, it will get laminated and put on the fridge. I could do with a good health boost.Will look up the vit c thing, thanks.

39. Can I join you? Is that weird? Lol Would be so liberating, although I kinda glow in the dark I'm that pale. I'm so Scottish. Going to need lots of advice from you over the next few months as I try to get healthier. Do you know an exercise that doesn't put strain on the joints? Swimming is out because the water is too cold.

Pink. Glad it helped, that's what I wanted. Remember it takes three months to renew eggs so don't expect it to work straight away. Still I'm hoping you don't get the chance and it works out this month but as a back up plan there are always options

Holly. In my old tests I could see the line every time and if the dye is still on the test it looks pink. Unfortunately both tests had pink dye all over them. Did you take a cbd conception test? It is the same sensitivity as the one you used so hopefully you get a positive that leaves no doubts. Both you and 39 got false positives last month with those, which was confirmed by both your blood tests so they don't seem reliable.
I'm not saying you are not pregnant, just double check with a more reliable brand before you get your hopes up, it will save you a lot of pain xx

Miracle. It took the conception test for my dh to finally believe I was pregnant with my ds, he didn't trust faint pink lines. Got to admit, it is really nice to see it in writing. Excited to see yours.

Afm. Temp dip today, not below the coverline but at 0.4 it's quite dramatic. Knew it when I woke, I felt really cold. Only time will tell, leaves me thinking "oh no" but praying it's implantation trying to happen. Got endo so implantation is the hard bit for me but it only takes once

Nice sunny day today, but they're calling for frost this weekend with possible SNOW flurries! What the ?! Down in the 30's at night both Sat and Sun so people are already talking about covering their plants etc.
