Kerzie, if you look at my chart, there is no implantation dip.

It's thriphasic (or even four according to some apps) and I must have had ovu after the temp rise, considering when I bded.

So a lot of things that they say about typical charts isn't true for everyone.
Keeping my fingers crossed.
Gyn visit tomorrow, told my manager so that he knows why I'm running to doctors so often.
From what I understand my pregnancy is considered high risk due to high blood pressure, PCOS and my weight.
Now the question is when we tell others, and who do we tell early.

Hi Aniayka,

I just looked at your chart and don't see an implantation dip. But everyone is different! I saw your tests and they definitely look positive! I'm so excited for you! Praying all goes well with your Doctor's appointment tomorrow!

Shanta-Check this website out about implantation foods! :-)
fuel up on:

Warming foods like soups and stews. The luteal phase is all about creating higher temperatures to help hold a pregnancy.
steer clear of:

Cold or raw foods, especially ice cream and frozen yogurt. The luteal phase is a time when you want to promote growth and expansion; cold constricts.
on your plate:

A hot and spicy bowl of chili made with lean ground beef and a slice of crusty bread. For dessert: pineapple sorbet.

I eat sweet potatoes 3 times a week..I use olive oil for cooking..

Hello I'm new to this website. I'm so glad that i found it. I thought i was crazy being the only one trying to conceive after 40. I'm 41 years old. I have 1 daughter only, which is my little miracle. I got married in 2011, and since then I've had 5 mc:( My husband would love to have another baby, but the doctor told us to give up!!!!! Anyways Ive thought about it, and want to try one more time...what do you ladies think? Is there anyone else trying?? Is 41 too old, should I give up? Thanks for your input...
