kotikd- I am out for July 2014 :( :( The wicked witch turned up!!!!

I am soooooooooo sad that it came. Tears dropping down as Santa is not coming to me.

But on the other hand, given a missing left tube and only bd once on the day OPK+, I take it as maybe this month, it went to the Left tube instead?

As far as I can recall for EP, no cramps. But bad constipation, bad vomiting and bloated stomach, had "periods" for two months. No GP can detect. And even said I have stomach flu and INSISTED it is stomach flu and gave me laxatives.

Only the second visit to a different GP for second opinion, he decided to refer me to a female Gynae. It was dated to visit her on 25 May 2005 evening.

But before the gynae visit, I fainted in the office with lot of blood and was sent immediately to the hospital, they did urine, blood test couldn't detect then they did the scope. It was horribly painful and TA-DA they detected, it was too late to save the tube as it ruptured and has to be removed the moment. No chance of saving at all despite begging the doctor, and keyhole surgery was performed and many packets of blood was transfused to body as I lost too much prior.

Doctor then now my Gynae said IF I am 1-2 hours later, I may not survive either. Since then, till now I have not been able to get over that.

Honestly, I don't even know if even if I do ovulate, do I still be able to conceive if sperms keep going to the left tube :( Then I am screwed....

Sorry kotikd, this is at my best effort to recall the symptoms of EP. For now, I am out of July and I am really feeling very down. Looking at me and DH schedules, we will be flying alot for work. Guessed luck and timing will never be on our side....

I wish all the beautiful ladies here trying will be getting BFP.

I'm pretty convinced I'm out this month. Totally not in sync with my emotions. I'm so angry at the world. Usually what happens right before AF. Nothing goes right and I blame everyone. I'm considering since it didn't happen that I might give up ttc all together and just be happy with my 3. I'll think on it a while and make a decision in April to have hysterectomy or try one more year.

CD45 and still no AF. Though its only 11:15am so plenty of time for her to still make an appearance....

acrichton: How do you know you are in the TWW in an annovulatory cycle? Is it possible you will still ovulate?

OMG, your experience sounds so painful physically and emotionally, but one tube is all you need for a baby.... Sprem goes both ways, don't worry they will find your egg!
Now I am freaked out even more about my u/s (more about it below).

AFM: So this is CD9. I had an u/s yesterday, I am not sure how it works in the states, but here in Canada they tell you nothing. You need to see your doctor to get the results. Well I cannot make an appt. earlier than Wedn. So I am now worried waiting for 5 more days to the results.
I would not be so worried if she did not ask me so many questions and take so many pictures and then go ask her supervisor if I should get and internal u/s too. Well I did not end up getting one but now I am scarred.
I have little cramps and sharp pains in and around the overies and in my back and hips, I know it might just be accumulation of stress but I worry....
Well, I guess we'll know next week, my doctor appt. is right before my acupuncture appt. so I will know what to focus on .

Kotikd: hysterectomy is a surgery that takes out your baby developing goodies. It sucks but its gotta happen sometime soon if I don't get pregnant. Too many problems with cysts and precancerous cells on my cervix. Went through 6 months of treatment back in 2006 to kill cancer cells and have been good so far but there's always that chance it will come back with a vengeance.

Pretty sure AF is on her way. Due Sunday/Monday. Backache from heck. Stomach bloated, face is breaking out, moody as all can get out. I can just feel it, usually can 2-3 days before the evil witch makes her debut.

Haven't been on birth control for over 3 yrs and my cycles are like clock work. I'm thinking I may give it 2 more tries before 2014.

Kotikd: Glad the u/s went well. Was it a HSG they did where dye was used to see if your fallopian tubes were open? I had that done in August this year and I also had an internal u/s the day before to check for cysts. I too was asked loiads of questions about my cycles etc so I think its pretty standard. I was told my tubes were open and everything is fine but would have to wait for another appointment with my Dr to go over the results in more detail but still waiting for that lol. But then again, being in the UK, NHS is like this a lot for appointments and waiting lists!

Am on CD46 And apart from some cramping lasting no more than 5 minutes, no other symptoms. Still afraid to test :/ My theory being if I'm not actually pregnant as its nearly 7 weeks since my LMP, then what the heck is going on with my body?! Longest ever cycle, up until my hsg is august,was 38 days. August was 42/43 days long so I'm now for definite in to the 'missed/late' period part....

gds: Wow that sounds so serious, I hope u get a !!!
I only had regular cycles on the pill, which I stopped like 6 years ago....

BeautDis: It was just a regular external u/s. To tell you the truth, I don't know if I will agree to a HSG. The whole medical testing and treatment of that area scares me and the last thing I need is more bad experiences at the moment.
Well, I am going to see a family doctor so appt. are closer, but if it was a specialist I bet I would have to wait a while too. So you never got the doctors observation of your tests?
I guess she was trying to get my history, I was just nervous and got a little freaked out. I am better now, it is what it is right?
Wow CD46, I had that before... I hope this is your , when do you think you will test?

Kotikd: I spoke to the receptionist of my Dr and was told it looks like I have pcos which would explain why I don't seem to ovulate but I needed to get my bmi below 29 to be prescribed clomid, going by the notes. So that's what I'm trying to do but have given myself until the summer to do it lol. Only because I get married Jan 2015 and I don't want to be heavily pregnant/just given birth by then lol.
I keep saying Tuesday when it will have been 7 weeks since LMP but i will most likely chicken out! I keep thinking if I can go 8/9 weeks without a period then the only explanation will be pregnancy as since I've been off bcp (5/6 years) I've never missed one. Then I can't chalk it down to being stress, illness etc delaying it etc.....

BeautDis: Sorry for the diagnosis, but you might still ovulate with PCOS.
What is your weight loss plan? If you don't mind me asking.
Congratulations on the wedding! but a pregnancy can help weightloss, if your bmi is above 29 you might actually lose weight in pregnancy and after childbirth.
