@Bammom & Lacey--

Yes, he doesn't believe it because of the loss last month. He is tip toeing around this one for sure. I keep trying to tell him, these lines are so great and I got positive on 2 digitals and everything is OK for now but that is just the way he rolls I guess. He is away on training too so I think with him not being here to actually SEE the tests come up he just can't wrap his head around it. He said that when he can see a baby groves in there then he will be more excited. I completely understand where he is coming from but at the same time I want to shake him because this is supposed to be a happy time for us both and I feel alone in it.

Also-we got word yesterday that his deployment was moved to November 6th so he will get home from training on October 31 and deploy for 6.5 months on the 6th! A whole 5 days to spend together before he leaves I keep telling myself that it is just 4 days shorter but that's not helping! This is our first deployment and I am not scared or anything, but now that I am pregnant I am wishing he could be here thru it. Our main goal was to make sure he was here for the birth so at least one aspect worked out for us. Anyway, sorry for "journaling"!!

I am so happy for you Bammom and I hope that we will keep in touch thru all this! LMK which pregnancy thread you join, I haven't went to one yet...I don't want to leave you all!!! Pathetic, I know!

Jgroves- I totally understand and that is one reason I am not telling dh just yet. I would like to provide him with proof from a doctor that we are having a healthy pregnancy before I tell him just because I don't want him to be all Debbie-downer on me. I am keeping my joy all tucked away inside for now just so his over-caution doesn't bring me down like I know it will. I totally know where he is coming from and I feel like that on the inside as well, but when I tell him I want his excitement and support, not his pessimism damn it! I am not moving over to CMP yet, I am scared. I moved over there last month and I have an account, but now I am way more cautious. I really need to be sure I am actually having a baby in July before I move over, but I will totally keep you posted!

I love hopping on in the morning and seeing new BFPs. Makes me smile and gives me so much hope! Congrats Bammom!

My temp this morning was 97.7 so I'm definitely keeping those higher temps from the past couple days. So onto 4 DPO! These next days are going to seem like the longest days ever.

I think I'm doing a clomid cycle in November if I don't get my BFP this month.

@bammon- congrats!!! Oh my word!!! Fingers crossed that this little baby grows and sticks perfectly!!!!

AFM, I went in for my draw, just waiting for results. Still no period, still positives that aren't darker. I will call after 11:00 to see if they have the results. Here's something weird though- on Wednesday when they drew my HCG they drew two vials, and today only one. I think I'm turning into a conspiracy theorist. I am hoping the numbers today tell us something either way.

Yes TWW, not sure how many dpo but thinking 1dpo. Had ovulation pain yesterday!

Christi and Rebecca: same here... I wish I had a faint line bfp for a change... but hey, we will get ours soon!

1st: ugh, men... need a break?!?! break is for the weak!

However I do feel that when I am in my fertile period and just the thought of having to have intercourse takes some of the fun out... Im free spirited for bd. It was the same thing when trying to conceive my first daughter... So when ex dh asked/forced a break that's when we conceived.
I was obsessed for a while after my missed miscarriage and then went on to the supplement phase, then my weird ovulation and test numbers. I am sure, in my case this is totally stress related, the ttc pressure.
I am going to bd during the fertile window, I am taking my prenatals as usual (I always did + folic acid and vitamin d), the only supplement now is wheatgrass which is for ovrall health. nothing else. In my case, since I was always so regular I think it has somehow affected my body. But hey, living and learning.

The nurse from fertility center, said that vitex, royal jelly, rrl tea and maca (which she said it was for dh) don't hurt most ppl, it is not scientifically proven (duuuhhhh we know all that) but it can affect some women, specially those that have no fertility issue and are doing the supplements because they are impatient.. Hmmmm, my name written all over her words huh!?!?

@GVMDL: Haha, yea I know!!! I just sent him a text and was like, "So, ya still need that break tonight?"... Haha... He replied, "Heck no, I was just messing with you!"... Lol. Guess we will see tonight!

1st, LOL. It usually works for my DH when you put it as a challenge to him. Something to accomplish 4 or 5 days in a row, then congratulate him on his manly accomplishment :)

AFM- Ok ladies who get your beta levels drawn, where are you going to get that done? I want some tests and I don't understand why it is so hard to get someone to draw my blood?? It's my blood, my results, my baby, my money that's paying for it, so why all the dead ends when I ask for blood draw? I called new OBGYN and old OBGYN and neither are willing for me to come in before the standard 6-8 week appointment!!! It's not like I even need to see the doctor people, I just need the lab work...

@Bammon- Did you ask for just labs and not an appointment? I'm sorry I can't remember your history right now- have u had a loss before?

With my first pregnancy they did it because I was cramping and spotting, and with this one and each subsequent one, they are drawing because I had a loss before. My OBs office prints off a lab order sheet for me and I go to the lab (different floor) and have it down there.

While- I had a loss last month and I told them that. It was so early that I never even got in to see the doc because it was at 4w2d and they weren't going to see me until 7 weeks. I told them I just wanted labs and one office (new one) said they don't do that and the other office pushed me off onto my dr's nurse who is not in the office until Monday. Hopefully on Monday she will just let me come in for some labs. I feel bad for even calling that office because I will not be giving birth or even using them at all for any of my pregnancy care, but they don't know that yet. (They won't let me try for vbac)
