Annika is 8 weeks old today! Crazy how time flies!

Hey ladies! Just wanted to drop a line. Had 36 weeks check up today. And had some “bloody show” this morning so she checked me and found out I am 2-1/2 cm already. Been having some painful backache and uterine cramps. Doctor trying to wait till 37 weeks but she isn’t to concern about if he arrives 2 days before my 37 weeks. Getting excited!!!

Beaut1ful38 - you look gorgeous! You're getting so close. I'll be thinking of you this week. Phoebe was born at 37wks, 2 days and came home right away, no problems.

AFM, THANK GOODNESS!! AF came today. A full 14 days late. Freaked. Me. Out. Yes, another baby would be wonderful, but I'm not planning on having another, and my 43 yr old body is still recovering from two full term pregnancies in just 4 yrs. Actually, I think I figured out what it was. Not menopause, I'm not that lucky lol. I'm taking Domperidone, a prescription to up my prolactin to help my milk supply, and I just read that one of the withdrawal side effects is completely messing with your period. I ran out a few weeks ago, but I just got back on it, and 'lo and behold, AF came today. So I'm back on track. Just enjoying Phoebe :)

@ calvingirl. You must be so relieved! I just got my first post partum period and I’m devastated! Lol. I was hoping it would stay away longer!

I keep coming back to this board to see how everyone is progressing and hoping to catch a glimpse of the next lil addition to our countdown family!

AFM: Lil Rylie will be 5 months old on Wednesday. She is such a happy healthy lil bub. I am so in love with her.

Well Elijah decided to show at 36 week/4 days. He was 5lbs 3oz and 19” long. Born at 2:38am I arrived at hospital at 7pm at 4cm I’m april 24th with contractions 7mins apart and @10:30pm I was 5cm by 1:45am I was 10CM but had to wait 30-40 mins waiting on doctor to get there so no pushing!!!!!!!! We are both doing great and healthy!

@hope I'm doing Great! My little girl Annika is 4 months old now and is just loving life! She is starting to work on rolling and I think is close to laughing in longer stretches. I just love to see her smile. My DH sounds like yours! He keeps asking when we are going to ttc baby number 2! I really want to breastfeed Annika for at least a year so I'm not quite ready to start ttc again... plus I don't think I've even ovulated yet since I had her. I think the earliest we will start trying again is in November. We'll see how I feel then. I might push it to her 1st birthday for trying, but it took us 9 months of trying to get her so we don't want to wait to long to start trying again.

@hope Wow exciting a new newborn coming soon!! Keep us updated!! Still exclusively pumping but working on trying still trying to get him to latch. No tongue tie or lip he has swallow issues forgot what’s it’s called. Still using nipple shield which works.

Today Elijah learned to roll over from tummy to back!!! He is 2 months old today!!!! Question what products have you ladies used to help your milk supply? I tried goats rue, and fenugreek and blessed Thistle but all separately to many pills do take looking for I pill to take with everything plus more herbs. I even ate lactation cookies and just purchased from milk mama.com item called emergency brownies. I can’t seem to pump more than 6–10oz a day. Even did power pump but I think it’s bc he isn’t stimulating me to produce more bc of non latching issues.

Hi Ladies!

It seems like things are starting to happen... My EDD is August 9. Yesterday I lost a tiny bit of mucus plug. But since then my Braxton Hicks contractions turned into the real ones. It’s 4:00 am and I haven’t slept for 2 hours. The contractions are still very far apart and irregular so it’s gonna be a while. But they are more intense than the BH.
It’s my 2nd boy so labor might go faster than last time...

My husband’s grown kids are here until Sunday evening though and it stresses me out! I’d prefer to be alone with my husband and outlet 1 year old boy. It’s not that we don’t get along with my husband’s kids but I just don’t want an audience and especially if I want to walk around the house freely but start getting in pain, I’m not gonna feel comfortable to have them watch me
or something...Oh well... This baby is getting ready to come out though! It might happen today or tomorrow!

My wonderful husband and I, got an Oscar!

Oscar was born on August 2, 2019 (Friday) at 3:05 PM. Oscar weighted 8.13 pounds and measured 21 inches.
Both Oscar and his mama are doing very well and are healthy. We returned home one day after Oscar was born.

Name “Oscar” means “Divine strength “or “divine spear”.

We already adore our little baby boy ??. He is very chill and makes the cutest facial expressions. ????

PS. Oscar’s older brother Liam already has two dogs so he asked for a baby brother for his birthday and a baby brother he got! ????????????

Hey ladies it’s been awhile since I logged on! Congratulations hope4rainbowbaby he is adorable!!
Elijah will be 5 months old next week and he already rolls over both ways. Back to tummy and tummy to back. He sits up with a little help. He scoots on the floor as well. He is reaching them milestones like nothing. November 16th we will be doing a walk for DS kids. A lot of my family has joined and I will be making shirts. It’s been a blessing and his personality is such a happy one. He makes us all smile daily. He laughs and smiles every time I pick him up in the mornings. I love this feeling!!! We are just deciding what his 1st Halloween costume should be!
