Group for the BFPs
Hi, girls! I just wanted to create a group for all the BFPs we have gotten. There have been so many lately and i have gotten to know a lot of you and i don't want to go to another forum. I feel bad talking on other groups about my bfp when others are still trying. So I figured we could talk about things in here too! I am 6w5d today. I have a 2yr old dd and am 39 yrs old. Just starting to get a few symptoms and my eye is twitching out of control. Hope to hear from my other bfp friends!

@dragonfly23 i'm glad they found the truck, and i also agree with your H. who would want it back after such an experience?
praying your son makes his debut this week so avoid induction. he seems to really love it in there with you, ha!
@Lakarmw i too am in so much pain. i just feel like im quickly running out of space! she loves to lodge herself in my right ribcage and chill out there. on top of that my growing belly is stretching my TAC scar from the inside and i have excruciating pain when i turn over in bed, which of course is like every 10-20 minutes. I really dont want her to come early, but let me tell you, if it's God's will...
like @kelliria said, when she kicks my ribs or some other uncomfortable place, i rub her foot or her arm and she moves away. but that only works when she's kicking/punching. it does'nt work well when she's balled up in those areas. good luck!

Ooh Neomasie sorry to hear about the scar pain, that must feel sore I'm the same with the turning over in bed constantly...I think we are just getting to the large heavy and unconfortable stage now arent we...i was doing so well up until a week ago avoiding much pain at all, so I've been lucky...obviously just time to get uncomfortable ready for the big day...I don't mind my little one coming a little early or a little late...but on time would be awkward for me as it's my son's 5th birthday party 18th November, his birthday is 21st November and my due dates 20th
Not that we get to decide xxx

Lovely to hear your update Calvingirl, and thank you, bump seems to be growing nicely, as is baby, though weirdly I've only put 2lb on since 28 weeks...I'm sure you'll soon see a huge bump growth spurt, but I'd also love a small bump, mines getting heavy and tiring now lol. OMG I cannot believe you were in labour during hour son's graduation, what a great story, you did amazing to make it to the end. So sorry to hear about you GD problems, I agree with your mum about just being healthy the best you can, as upsetting yourself is not good for your or baby. And thanks for the yoga ball tip, baby is head down but not in my pelvis yet.
Dragonfly23 great bump pics...hope your little man hurries along soon - my son was 7 days late, boys can be lazy lol xxx

Advice please ladies....
So I have said from the start I didn't want a babyshower with it being my third...now a few weeks ago it was let slip that my sister has organised me one...I only know the time and date....She has organised it right before her and our friends go on a Halloween night out...that nobody invited me to (Not that I'd go at almost 37 weeks pregnant, but still nice to be asked) so I feel like basically it's pre drinks to their night out...i asked her she had invited our nan, who she isn't friendly with at the moment...and she said NO I'm organising it, and I dont like her so she isn't invited, I've since found out both my aunties aren't coming, for various reasons, but most likely since my nan hasn't been invited, which I understand, but I'm quite upset about my nan not being invited...I'm really close with her as my sister knows, and it doesn't feel right.....it seems like it's turned into the ""sisters name"" show" again as always with her....I don't know what to do....shes 28 so hardly a child herself....is it easier to say nothing? Say something? What do you ladies think? Tia xxx

Thank you everyone. It really means a lot to me. I'm ready but at the same time, I'm not. Just scared, anxious and nervous. Nothing happening yet so juat being monitored. I'm only 4cm and 50% efaced. So they might have to give me medication to speed things along and not too happy about that.

@dragonfly23 - Get up and walk around! That might help speed things up at this point too. I bet you already know this but just wanted to say what worked for my sister when she was around 4cm. As long as your water hasn't broken and there aren't other complications, there is really no need for medication to speed things up. It will come naturally and if you want that advocate for it!
