AFM - I just had my first IUI. All went well. No U/S though, so I don't know what my lining was looking like or if my eggs released. DH did well. His post wash amount was 47 million. RE's orders are to BD tonight and tomorrow.

The IUI was uncomfortable, but not painful. Felt like getting a pap smear. Before I knew it, the procedure was over. I laid down for about 10 minutes afterwards and then was told I was free to go.

I will take the Estradiol tonight and tomorrow. On Thursday, I will stop the Estradiol and start progesterone. Now the 2WW begins!

@holly- give your dh a high five for me!!!! Bet you wish you could have drove home upside down. Lol

Got romeo's ashes back today. My sweet baby is on the fireplace mantle and in a week will be under the christmas tree.....he always loved being under the tree. Just feels right to put him back under it. I know, I know...but my schedule is screwy so we're putting our tree up early. I dont care I love Christmas!...just not before November's half way mark.

Still just lightly spotting brown. It's more like how I spot at the end of AF. If temp is still up tomorrow, I'm poas! Not getting my hopes up though.

@Waiting - you had me laughing so hard....I did wish I could have rode home upside down! Strange, but I didn't have any of the discharge I expected to have from the IUI injection. I only had a little blue from the Estradiol tablets I am taking vaginally. I guess my RE did a good job getting them up in there!

Also, I'm anxious to know if you POAS this morning. Hope you get good news!

Guess since the swimmers are injected straight into the uterus that you dont have to worry about walking with your legs crossed. Lol.

Temp is down but still above cover line. Having more cramping today and the spotting is heavier. I had already collected my pee when I checked the softcup so I went ahead and tested....negative. I'm okay. I didnt think I was
so I was ready for it. Guess my OV date was a little behind. My temps were really screwy this cycle with stress and sickness. Called the dr to get my next round of clomid and asked her if I should consider this cycle day 1. Waiting to hear back. She wants me to take it cd 5-9. Cd 3-7 is for quantity and 5-9 is for quality. I've gotten pregnant and m/c with both so I'm thinking about taking it cd4-8 for the heck of it...best of both worlds!
Yea, it sucks. I thought it would be awesome to get my sticky beans this cycle since losing romerome. Oh well. Looking forward to OVing again...will be right about Thanksgiving.

Had a dream that my sister and niece both had a baby and then I got a bfp.....would really suck if that were to be true!

Category 5 AF has blown in!!!!! Ouuuuuch!!!!! Cramping is so bad I sound like I'm trying to have a bowel movement!

Dr just called me with bad news. She said that this is my last chance. After this round of clomid, I'm being sent to the RE.

If I could afford an RE, I'd be happy that I'm one step closer being pregnant. But I'm not sure how much we can afford with all the tests every month.

@holly- how much do you think all the visits have run you per month?

Dh and I are thinking about seeing an acupuncturist. Her name is maureen fox. She's a highly regarded acupuncturist in St louis and specialists in infertility.....feel like I'm in trying to stop the end of the world from happening.....
