Hi Girls!

Well, I talked to the nurse today and they put me on Progesterone pills. I take 1 pill twice a day. And then get my blood retaken Friday morning. She said that the spotting is normal and not to stress over it. I did take another PG test this morning and it was negative with more of a dark reddish blood that looked more like old blood with a hint of reg blood than the brown I had yesterday. But she said unless I bleed enough to soak a pad within an hour then not to worry that this could be normal breakthrough bleeding. She also said that I shouldn't worry about he negative HPT test because my levels were so low that it might not pick up on it. But the blood test showed a positive so I take the progesterone and hope for the best.

I am having some light cramping but from my understanding that is considered normal too. So that these progesterone pills work. I already started taking it. Thankfully these are by mouth and not a suppository. They are cute...they look like little pink round eggs.

AnotherBaby2Love: Thanks sweetie! I just wish I knew what type of spotting and how much was normal for early pregnancy. And what type of cramping was considered normal. I know they say early PG symptoms mimic AF...maybe this is what they mean?

And on your BFP! Hope this one sticks for you!

Kbervin: Does your doctor know you are TTC? If so then just tell him/her you are 3 days away from AF and if you should be tested that day just to be sure. Chances are they will say yes. I tested the day I was due for AF. Maybe take a HPT the morning before your appt.

awebste: Thanks girl! Good that you got some more BD'ing in over the weekend. I can definitely see that as being confusing. Maybe your body geared up to O and didn't take? I do still find it strange because your temps sorta show you O'd too. Well, hope this month works out for you

Margie_M: Thanks sweetie! Hopefully the "not feeling good" is a good sign. Last Wedneday I wasn't feeling all that great and came down with Flu like symptoms (fever and all)...so you never know!

TTClate30's: Awww, I am so sorry but remember it's not over til the sings or cackles. But I hear ya, I am sadly not as confident as I was the other day. But the nurse did make me feel a bit better. Guess we'll see what happens. My temp keeps decreasing too, which isn't helping. How far is the drive to WI for you?

DanielleH13: Thanks sweetie! I used to get my hair thinned out too. I was one of those teenage idiots that shaved half the head, the bottom half, so when I had my hair down you really couldn't notice until I put it up. Wasn't one of my brighter ideas but it was fun and a friend of mine and I was trendsetting that year...lol. It felt good during the summer...lol. But when it grew out it got really super thick. I was constantly thinning it out. Now not so much. But that's not a bad idea to maybe start it up again.

Bumpin4Baby: Thanks girl! Could definitely use all the prayers I can get. Like I said to AnotherBaby2Love, I wish I just knew what was considered normal at this point.

Sorry you aren't feeling all that good but I would much rather be going through that than this right now.

Lolo: Well, I am going to keep praying hard for you. I know exactly what you are going through and all the thoughts running through your mind. I know they say unless you are soaking a pad in an hour not to worry, but I also know that is crap. You are going to worry, it is natural to do so.

Bleeding and cramping are never the same for two people so I am not sure what is considered normal. I did not cramp during my MC until the day it passed and I have been having cramping ever since I found out this time. I racked my brain when I started spotting. Literally read everything there was to read about it online. It didn't help, it just made me bat-shit crazy with worry. So try not to read into it too much!

Much love to you and FX that the prog pills work! :)

@lolo- glad the nurse was able to help u. Just hang in there. I understand how stressful it is. The drive to Green Bay is 3 hours. That's the closest RE but after walking with my hubby about our insurance he is telling me any infertility treatments are not covered. That's so depressing. So it may be the end of the road for us. I'm 39 and don't want to spend another year counting every day if my cycle. I am ready to take the next step. My dr won't give me a higher dose of clomid. I've done 3 cycles at 50mg and it seems like my body is responding so I don't understand what's going on. Beginning to think his soldiers are swimming the wrong direction or something (he has been tested but i want to ask for a second test)

Bumpin4Baby: I hear ya on the going "bat-shit crazy with worry" LOL! I find myself trying to look it up and lol, knowing me I still will. But trying not to. I know stress can bring on some things you don't want to happen so I am trying so hard to not worry about it. Did you spot this cycle? My best friend from when I was a kid keeps reminding me that she bled enough to think she had AF. Which is also making me feel a tad better. Cramps seems to come and go...just wish the moisture feeling down there would go away too. Thank you so much for your prayers!

TTClate30's: I am so sorry about he insurance not covering anything. That is depressing! And ugh a 3 hour drive?! That's a bit of a travel. Have you tried asking to try something besides Clomid? Maybe Femera or Letrozole? Have you tried softcups? It couldn't hurt to have your DH do another SA just to see if anything has changed. I don't blame you for thinking of giving up. My DH keeps saying that if this month doesn't work that we'll keep trying and I love him for that. And even though the thought of giving up breaks my heart (if this month doesn't work or if it doesn't work in the next few months) I don't know if I can handle the constant heartache every month AF shows up...you'd think one would get used to it but you don't. So far it seems that IUI was all we needed and from the looks of it, Progesterone. Have you looked into having an IUI done? It's definitely cheaper than IVF. If our insurance didn't cover it we were going to try it at least once. I think my doctor said it would be around $1300 total. If it is a route you decide to take, call the hospital that you would be going to just to see how much they charge for the whole thing. My thoughts and prayers are with you too neighbor.

Did I read that correctly too? Are you supposed to see 15 inches of snow already?! OMG! Be safe!

LOLO: I haven't had any spotting this time. Not even IB and had that with both of my previous pregnancies! I spotted a little with my DD for 3 months around time for AF. It was bright red too. My mother told me she had bleeding like a period all through her pregnancy during AF time.

@Anotherbaby - CONGRATULATIONS! That's so incredible!

And @kiki - congrats to you, too. That's awesome!

@lolo - I'm so sorry you are going through this. Friday is a long time to wait. )-:

@TTCLate30's - I'm sorry. )-: What would be next for you guys? Adoption? Embryo adoption? Not trying but not preventing? Or closing the door completely? Decisions can be so hard in this. )-:

AFM, AF came today, so I'm on to the August board. I'm using a fertility monitor this month, along with trying to go gluten free and more healthy over (no caffeine, no alcohol, and very little sugar). I have two cycles left before we go BACK to our RE, this time for potentially fertility treatment (as opposed to recurrent loss treatment).

Good Evening Ladies!!

I'm finally calming down enough to respond to everybody. :)

TTClate30's - Thank you!! I'm so sorry your temp dropped and your starting to spot. I know that is very depressing especially when you think everything is on track for a BFP. Don't give up until AF arrives. FX'd your temp goes back up and you see that BFP so you don't have to worry about the RE appointments.

Awebste - That could have been an implantation dip. FX'd that it is and you'll see your BFP in a few days!!

Margie - You've made it thru the 1st week!! Your symptoms sound very promising! Hoping that nausea brings you a BFP in a few more days!!

Aceron - Yay for the darker test! Prayers that this is your sticky bean!!

Cryslynn86 - I'm so sorry AF showed! Hopefully round 2 of clomid will be the one!

Robinmc26 - Congratulations on your BFP!!

Kiki2387 - Congratulations on your BFP!!!

Kbervin - Thank you!! Those symptoms sound promising! Hopefully they'll lead to a BFP!!

Aletheok - I'm so sorry you feel out this month. I know it's an emotional roller coaster. I always feel really positive the 1st week and then it starts to dwindle by the 2nd week. TTC is a very difficult journey. I hope you get your BFP soon!

NikkiN - I'm so sorry your temps dropped and you had a BFN. I know that is discouraging and frustrating! FX'd that it will happen soon!!

Lolo - Try not to stress until you have to. Did you take a FRER this morning? I have been having cramps for a week now. I just ignored them until today and now I know why I had them so early. Your body is going thru a lot of changes getting ready for your growing baby. Try to think of them as growing pains. I'll be praying you get positive results on Friday and the progesterone is exactly what you need for this sticky bean!!

Basia - I have clear stretchy cm a few days before ovulation. It lasts until a day or two after ovulation. My body is typically acidic so I used grapefruit essential oil in a capsule twice a day starting a couple of days before ovulation day. It seemed to help and increased the amount of EWCM the past 2 cycles.

Overtondg - Sorry AF made an appearance. Hopefully next month is your month for a BFP!!

WhileImWaiting - Thank you!! I'm sorry AF made her ugly appearance!! Hopefully you'll get that BFP before going back to your RE. I cut back on caffeine this cycle too. Not sure if it helped but it can't hurt.

Bumpin - Thank you!! I still don't think it has sunk in yet. I know the morning sickness is tough to deal with but the positive is that it means you have a healthy pregnancy. I'm so glad that everything is going so well for you!!

TeamSuperBaby - Thank you!! I took my last test this morning completely expecting another BFN. I thought if I went ahead and took it I could sleep better tonight knowing I wouldn't have to test in the morning. I just sat there staring at it a few minutes and then started crying and jumping up & down. I hope you get yours next week!!

So sorry to everybody who got AF the past few days! I know how depressing and frustrating it is. Hoping you will all see your BFPs soon!! GL to all those waiting to test!!

AFM - I surprised DH by sneaking a little gift (baby shoes and a card in a gift bag) into the car when he got home for dinner tonight. A few minutes later, I asked him to get my camera out that I had left in the car over the weekend. I watched through the blinds as he read the card and then I joined him outside. He was happily surprised!! :) We're planning on making an ob appointment for the 17th to have the pregnancy confirmed. In the meantime I'm going to take another FRER on Wednesday and Friday. Hopefully, the tests will get darker and I'll have peace of mind.
