Glad im not the only person in that boat!!! I had a major temperature drop on cd 13, going from just under 97.2f cd 12 to 95.9 on cd 13, then started to rise slowly from cd 14. Will continue to see if it does continue to rise as i may just be someone who is a 'slow riser'. Didnt do an opk on cd 14 as i was out all day so no idea if that could have possibly been a positive that day as didnt do one until early evening cd 15.....
Ive set cd 15 as my ovulation date, though the chart has set possible ovulation for cd 16, which is strange as i noticed midday a sudden onset of painful, sharp cramps for about 5mins and a upset tummy that lasted for an hour and then i was back to normal. Never had that before. :s

Can anyone who is an experienced charter please take a look at my bbt chart, which is visable on my page, and see if i did ovulate this cycle and if i am just a slow riser for the temps after ovulation..... Many thanks in advance

Hi, Everyone! If we got it this month, my due date would be August 4! This is my first post ever and this is our first month of really trying, after months of hoping an accident would happen, we are actually in "trying" mode.

I started charting this month. But I have read that you have to take your temperature without moving - how is that even possible? What do you guys do? I have to roll over, turn off my alarm and grab the thermometer. Does that disqualify the temperature?

I am (I think) 1 DPO. I am still trying to figure out how to know if I ovulated or not. CM says yes, but I don't know that much otherwise.

@Beautifuldisaster: I had a look at your BBT and have been reading up your posts : To me it looks like you can't reply on your temps very much as they are very eratic.
If you had Neg OPK CD16 that would put your best guessed O date at CD16 since the surge comes on average 12-24 hours before Ovulation. I can't quite work out whether you said you got those cramps on CD15 or 16 - either way it could well be O pains. Your BD timing looks great though.
Temps don't always rise sharply - if you look at my chart from last month you will see the clear graduation of progesterone increasing and decreasing in the cycle with only a small spike (after a dip).

I am more inclined to say you O'd on CD16 yeah? or closer to it.
FX for you - looks all good - now just keep an eye out for that continuous shift in temperature to confirm ovulation occured!

Hey ladies
I am cd17 today and having some ovary pain on my left side since yesterday. Had a positive opk on cd15 so I am assuming that this is o pain. Bd on cd15 and 17 so now I got this tww to make it through.

@Emily when I had a cp a couple of months ago. I had af for four days then spotting for two then I o'd four days earlier than normal. Idk if that helps or not but I thought I would share.

Just wanted to check in and rant on my symptom spotting, lol,
2dpo- had a cramp that lasted 5-10minutes max
3dpo- lower abdo mild camps/pressure, gasey (sry) headache.
and today so far just mild pressure in lower abdo, not sure why I am having this, is due November 20th but b/c of my m/c who knows when she will come.
Usually I have this cramping and pressure 1-2 days before she comes so having it at 2-4dpo is unusual for me.
I have some soreness in boobs but that is normal for me, my boobs didnt hurt until just before my m/c so not really paying attention to it.
I have a physical today with my GP, nervous about it.

Thankyou for your advice and info. I have changed my o date to cd 16 and now just waiting to see if my temps do continue to rise. Kicking myself today though as forgot to temp as forgot to set an alarm and woke up much later than normal. Hopefully over the next few days, my temps will continue to rise which at least will still indicate ovulation did definitely occur.

Ahhhhh, waiting to O...took my first OPK last night and swear it looked like a positive pregnancy test. So weird, there was the control line then a faint plus sign, which OPKs aren't supposed to do...anyway, I'm taking that as a negative since I haven't gotten any EWCM. I'm starting to think that even though I have a general idea of when I O, that I am off, maybe Oing slightly earlier or later than I thought. DH & I are trying the Sperm Meets Eggs Plan except with a little more BDing b/c I also suspect his "friends" aren't living long.

Going to try Canola Oil...which I have a done a lot of online research on only found one negative article about, but that person didn't try it. It's supposed to be sperm friendly and better than Olive oil and cheaper than Pre-Seed. I guess the worst that could happen is a yeast infection, which is a chance I'm willing to take if it helps.

I think if you definitely got that positive OPK then that is pretty reliable if your temps are eratic. They do look like the have a gradual increase going though. I always suggest and recommend to check CM and CP in addition... You know if you have fertile mucus that you're in the fertile zone and then as soon as it dries up (this normally occurs quite full on and quickly for most) you know you've ovulated or ovulating VERY soon. The hormones LH and Oestrogen both peak in that 12-24 average time frame but can be less or more from 2 hours - few days on the wider spectrum, and since this happens BEFORE O, you know it's BD time if you notice a sudden dryness occur and suggestions: Pre seed or lots of foreplay haha.

I havn't fallen pregnant since i lost my first pregnancy earlier in the year but I know i'm on the right track with the cm and identifying things that signal O. Of course its different woman to woman hence the wide range of time frames offered before.

Nudda special from me. CD7 and still got very light bleeding. Not enough to get to undies - only TP. I'm hoping this means i'm gonna O a bit later because we've got such a full on weekend when I would normall O if my cycle was as short as the others...

Hello ladies. So I said in my last post that I was probably out this month and I now take that back. We got lucky today. We twice today! If I'm right I will OV either tomorrow or Thursday. So I'm not out yet!! and ! I'm for all of us!

I am coming over from the July forum, AF came today and got me two days early... Sucks really bad!! But I know it does for the rest of you too, so I guess we can be in the same ttc boat. This will be our 9th cycle of ttc. My cycle ranges from 26-28 days now. I was on the Nuva Ring after giving birth to my 2 year old, so was on it a little over a year. We stopped using it in May. Tired of being disapointed. Anyway hows everyone else doing?
