UPDATE: So I guess this is the day to vent or everything to go wrong. I went for a mammogram back in Feb. 14, 2015 and then got a thing in the mail saying that they needed to do an ultra sound on my right breast, so I did that on Feb. 27th, 2015 and while the Doctor was doing it he kept scrunching up his face and I am looked and him and I asked him if he could not make it out, whatever he was looking at and he said that he thinks he sees something but it is very small and does not think it is anything but wants to be sure and asked if he could send me for an MRI and I said yes, since this is not the first time I had to go through this. So I left the Doctor office on the 27th called to schedule my appointment and they say I have to wait for my menstrual cycle to start, so I did called them yesterday to make the appointment they had an opening this morning at 845 so I go there and they call me back and the lady looks at my paperwork and says we can't do this today, you have to wait 7 to 14 day after AF is over because if we do it today it can give you a false positive. So, I asked then why did they make the appointment in the first place and why did they not tell me this and when I called back in Feb why did they not say we have to wait for you cycle to be sure you are not pregnant? This has been such a screwed up day. So, now I will not be going for my ultrasound on CD3, 4 or 5 because the fertility specialist wants to wait for the MRI results, which I totally get but it is just so frustrating since I could of already been done with this if they just would of given proper information, so I could have told them that I had have 2 pregnancy blood test that came back negative. So, I get to wait for my next menstrual cycle next month and again if I go past 35 CD I need to call them again to do a no mensy blood work and Provera. I am really not happy with all of this, but I try to keep telling myself that I need to be 100% sure that my body is completely ready for me to carry my baby. The hardest part of all is trying not to worry about it and keep my sprit up so my DH does not freak out, which he is already doing. Thanks everyone for letting me vent, it feels so much better to get it out in the open instead of keeping it all bottled up. Good luck to all of you and I hope you get your BFP this month.

Muffet- I am so sorry your going through this Vent away I know I have to!

AFM- Today was the dreaded HCG. First of all they had to use these tong things to change my cervix position...very uncomfortable. Then They could get the cathether in so they had to dilate my cervix a bit to get it in....major ouch. After it was in the dye wasn't to bad. Just felt minor period cramping.

So It didn't go the greatest. Apparantly my Right tube is completely blocked. The left is great they said. Does anyone have any positive energy they can send me about only getting preggo with one tube?? The Doctor said that even if I ovulate from my right ovary the left tube can come and pick it up. I feel so so down right now.....

Holly860, thanks.

AFM- I had a HCG last year and it was not that bad but not that great either. When I went for mine I did not have as much done as Holly860 had to go through. But I had mine done because I had to have a uterine polyp removed and the OBGYN perforated (not a very big hole just a small one) the top of my uterus so to be that the stich took/closed he wanted to do an HCG but the good news is they tell you right there on the spot if your tubes are open/blocked, which he told me that both of mine are open. I would also be sure to take some advil or something for the slight cramps you will feel. Good luck to you I hope all goes well for you.

Holly - So sorry you have to go through those uncomfortable procedures. I know it's not the exact same situation but my cousin had one of her ovaries removed when she was a teenager, she's now 28 and has 2 beautiful, healthy little boys who both conceived naturally with no fertility aids. So it is possible.

lolo - Don't feel bad, we can't please everyone all of the time. Sometimes you have to do things for yourself too! No, I'm not taking any fertility meds, only the pre-natal vitamins.

blc - Fingers crossed you caught the egg! This is my first month using OPK's and temping also!

bpro - Welcome to the December board, so sorry the showed up! for a December baby!

AFM - Thanks for the reassurance on my temps, it's higher again this morning so I'm assuming that's promising. Nothing else to report here, 2 DPO and awaiting test day.

My chart hasn't given me a coverline yet, I think because of cd 10 & 11 being so high. With the pains I was having lastnight I believe I ovulated yesterday. Looking at my chart ctp thinks my possible ovulation was cd 14 and I think it was cd 15 any opinions? I guess either way I did indeed ovulate and I have a chance to conceive so now into the tww! For me lately I feel relieved to enter the tww. Waiting and trying to figure out o day an of course trying to time bd just right is the most stressful for me. LOL

kelley828 yeah I see what you mean about your chart. I don't think it will give you a coverline but I would say just for the sake of a coverline lol, probably draw a line mentally around 97.6 ;-) ... it'll get a good portion of your pre-O temps under it.
Mine isn't going to give me a coverline either and is insisting I ovulated on CD18 but I'm sure, given my CM charting, that it was CD16.... so I'm mentally drawing my coverline around 98 even though it would make my first few post-O temps sit below it. Check mine out if you'd like =) My last chart was pretty textbook but this one was slightly weird as far as post-O temps go =/

No new symptoms going on and no crazy temp differences yet so I'm not even getting my hopes up yet

Hey ladies,

I think today is ovulation day. Let the TWW begin.

This is the first cycle on clomid for me and I really hope it works. My cycles started getting really crazy so I decided to go to the gyno who put me on clomid. The only side-effect I am having is hot flashes. I've heard that it is pretty common.

This rainbow baby would be the best early Christmas and birthday gift this girl could ever ask for.

Good luck ladies. Sticky dust to all of you!

Good morning ladies,

Kelley - I've had a coulpe months on here hwere my chart won't give me a coverline. It's weird but don't worry too much about it as long as your temps stay up. Also You usually O the day before your temp starts going up. either way good luck on the TWW.

Bookgirl - Yay for temps rising. FX you get your BFP inthe next two weeks.

Muffet - My HSG wan't a picnic either but thats because I have an unusually strong reaction to pain in that area. I'm sorry that they're jerking you around waiting for tests. It's so frustrating when they waste time.

Holly - I'm glad the procedure itself wasn't too bad for you. I'm sorry to hear that you have a blocked tube. Are they able to surgically open it? It's good that you now know that there is a reason why it's taking so long to concieve.

Lolo - I wouldn't worry about being late for the party. Your brother is just being a bonehead. It's not that you love them any less just because you're doing something nice for your DH on his birthday. I totally get where your mom is coming from, sometimes it's a bit much to deal with especially when you're planning on having a nice family party to celebrate as well. I'm hoping we both do the IUI next week as well. It just works out so much better.

blc - Welcome and good luck.

pbro - Welcome over. I'm sorry you had to come to this board though. FX this is our month.

AFM - So yesterday I went home sick from work. I just felt so terrible by mid day that I just couldn't take it. My boss said I looked horrible too. I'm pretty sure it's just side effects from the clomid since I seem to have a bunch of them already. I'm really hoping this works. Also I started acupuncture for fertility last night. It was interesting and I've done some research into it and it's supposed to help increase the chances of success. At this point I'm willing to try something new and the acupucturist was very pleasant and understanding.

Holly, sorry your HCG was a bad experience. At least you found out what could be causing you to not get pregnant. Is there any way they can unblock it?

Muffet, I would be LIVID! I hope your week gets better :-)

Bookgirl, SUPER DUPER GLAD your temps are still going up.

Kelley, sometimes it will put a cover line a few days the ovulation date. If not then I would just say as long as they rise for a few days and then stay up you are good :-)

Helly, YAHHHHH for ovulation day! Good luck on the TWW. Are you doing IUI w/Clomid or just Clomid and timed intercourse? And yes, the two months I was on Clomid I had horrible hot flashes.

Margie, I hope you start feeling better. Clomid does have some crappy side affects..
