@ctymom, it does sound promising. You're not out until AF shows so FX for you!! Keep us posted.

AFM, we saw the RE Monday and all our tests are good with the exception of my AMH which is low so he gave us 2 choices, keep trying the natural way or try IVF so we are going to give IVF a shot. If I'm not pregnant this cycle (I'm DPO 7), he's going to put me on a rest cycle next month and then the "fun" would begin sometime in late February so please keep us in your prayers.

Man oh man... I'm not feeling so hot. Acid indigestion bad and I feel like I'm going to throw up. I'm not liking this. I dont do well with nausea. It can't be all in my head. I'm tyring to ignore it..... but it's not working and my back is killing me and can't get comfortable. I really hope I'm preggo b/c I dont want to think that my AF is going to be like this every month. I didnt feel sick last cycle like this though. Maybe will stop and get the good test from CVS this time around.

Hubby noticed some spotting the other morning at 10DPO . I thought I was out but AF never came all day yesterday or today.

Praying - Hi. Today has been a strange one for me. I got the call yesterday about my levels, and they were great.

HCG - 17,021
Progesterone - 18.5

We went swimming yesterday and I did my normal dog paddle around the pool for an hour. Then had our dd sleep in our bed last night, with our younger ds on a pallet on the floor. I didn't sleep well, to say the least. When I got up this morning, my stomach muscles were so sore it hurt to stand. I felt exhausted...kinda like you do when you get the flu and have no stamina. It was my dh's day off, so he watched the kids and I stayed in my pjs and rested in bed. I also made sure to eat a little something every few hours, and made sure I kept drinking. The nausea was getting pretty bad early this morning, to where I didn't want to put anything in my mouth, but I was afraid of getting dehydrated, so I kept sipping on a drink all morning.

I feel much better now.

yeah... I'm out. Started spotting last night and AF started full force this morning =(

Thank you for asking... I appreciate it. But I'm going to stay positive and believe it's for the best. I had the IUD Mirena for over 4 years so getting 2 good cycles through me first was probably better especially since I'm 44yo. So here's hoping this is the month =)

CTYmom, I'm sooo sorry AF showed up. Yes, you must stay positive. Unfortunately, the TTC in our 40s is not as easy but totally worthy. If I can give you a piece of advice, try bettering your egg health while you're trying. It takes 3 months to improve egg health so the sooner you start the better off you will be. Lwilliams shared a link yesterday and you truly will find a wealth of information there. Good luck and stay positive!

ctymom - I'm so sorry AF showed. But I thank God for your positive attitude! That's the most important thing. And yes, I agree with you about getting two cycles under your belt. I think sometimes our bodies just need a little time to adjust back to where they need to be.

Hi ladies,

Just thought I might fit in this community. I'm 38, my husband 40 and I have two kids from my previous marriage (9 & 12 yrs old). We are ttc since late Nov 2013 after being on Mirena for 9 yrs. Having regular cycle 29 days, and normally feel when I ovulate....
But like many of you, I hate the period between O and AF....feel so many pregancy symptoms but could very well be PMS as welll....we wnat it so badly!
Did test this morning (DPO 10), told myself to not test till Tuesday wen AF is due....but soooo tempting to do it anyhow!
Would be great to share experiences on this page!
