i took soy CD3-7, now CD 10 and just got a pos opk this afternoon...so will see if we all get some soy BFP's :P

Ladies, when you look at the dose for your Soy Isos, don't just look what is says on the bottle label... Like for example there are soy isos from Natrol, which contain 40 mg of Isoflavones (check the nutrition facts on your bottle). In that case, you'd have to start with 80mg (2caps) or 120mg(3caps). Always check for the actual isoflavones content in the caps.

Mine says 50mg of soy iso so i took two caps last night two tonight then increase tomorrow night

thank u Toronto, my soy iso's says 40mg and i did 160mg first 2 days then 200mg...pos opk yesterday and last night, temp drop today and "o" pains so will see what temp says in next couple days and of course of all times I am finally not too sick (been down with the flu) and now hubby's sick ugghhh.....bd'd a couple days ago, but will have to see how he feels, if he is up to BD tonight or tomorrow in hopes that we catch the eggie....All in God's hands :)

Hi Ladies... how are you all feeling? Any symptoms? I am now DPO13. Good luck to those getting trigger shots or testing...

As you may recall my previous post about my "all-day burping, tooting, diarrhea-ing" on DPO10. Well, today is DPO13 and I am STILL gassy. Now constipated! WTH! I now notice I burp after each meal and let out unladylike scent about half hour later after eating. No spotting since DPO10. My AF is due on Monday (two more days). No other symptoms (sore BBs are gone). *smh* I will test tomorrow and Monday. *kmfx*
