Shanta, look into macca root and vitex. Either one can help ovulation and lp length without thinning out your lining. They can take a month or two to work properly though but is safe to take long term.
Pain in groin and thigh can be a symptom, had it before but unfortunately came to nothing with me. Fingers crossed its good luck for you.
