Pumpkin, yes that is what I'm hearing too, it may hit FL twice. Also by the time it reaches Savannah it will be much weaker. I am hearing that the only thing is that FL is more prepared for hurricanes as far as the structures etc. They homes there are more flat and built for hurricanes so to speak. When Sandy hit the east coast it was a category 3 but it damaged homes like a cat 5 because NJ homes we're built for that. It's always better to over estimate... OMG I just realized I'm blabbing lol This a pregnancy forum not the weather channel lol. Stay safe Pumpkin!

Jandei im sorry about what you are going through. Yes stress can lower sperm count. If he was pressured than put him on stress mode which lowered his count...hope everything turns out good...

Was finally able to upload an hpt image lol, tried to do it last night but the site wouldn't cooperate, anyways, looks more and more that this hurricane isn't going to be much of anything to us.

I have to give you ladies who are getting fertility treatments a huge amount of credit. I can only imagine the emotional toil it takes to go through those procedures and tests, and how it must add additional pressure to you and your DP's. Big Hugs to you. I have to say, I only half understand it all. But I am hopeful for everyone to get their BFP.

7dpo (maybe 6dpo? second guessing myself now) and still hanging in there. Been having a lot dreams that I remember this week. Its not common to have so many. I'm sleeping like a rock, normally I am quite a light sleeper. No other real stand-out symptoms. I might be imaging some slight tenderness in my breasts and tiny twinges down below.. probably due to all the wishful thinking. Do you think its possible to will yourself into pregnancy?

Mom- That birthday card idea is so cool!

Meghan - If it makes you feel better my only pregnancy symptoms are slightly sore nips and breasts , and slight twinges in the pelvic area, also being a champion napper.

Pumpkin- I keep hoping I wake up with mega-sore boobies.. that has always been my tell-tale.. I wake up feeling great and disappointed Its early... Maybe I won't this time though- it could be different... Your symptoms (or lackthereof) gimme hope

Jandei. It's been a lot of stress on you both this month doing the unknown, he had to inject you in the tummy for goodness sake! Did you also bd the night before? I wish I could have held your hand and tell you it was all going to be good. The doctor should have reassured you and not started talking about ivf while you are still going through a procedure. Naughty doctor, want me to kick him in the ass? This is only your second iui and first using clomid, maybe doing the iui has cleared your cervix making easy access for the swimmers (and its not like they don't have a HUGE target to hit ) the count could be SO high when you include the natural Sperm party going on up there
I will keep the hope alive for you this month

Meg. Years ago I mc at 10wks and l found it harder explaining that I was pregnant but lost it than just telling people I lost it. The people that knew were more sympathetic and those that didn't felt uncomfortable and changed the subject. It's hard with kids though, they would know something was wrong either way during a loss. It's a difficult choice. With my ds I told my family and friends straight away, it never crossed my mind not to. With this one I'm at least waiting until an early scan shows a heart beat (I think?). I hope you have a super achiever too!! I had no symptoms not even tender boobs, only got implantation pinching so

Mom. Good luck hiding all the symptoms and your bump, is the gender scan not really late on? Not sure I could hold out that long, I'd be bursting at the seams (in more ways than one ).

Kerzie - how are you feeling lately? it's so crazy we're both 5 weeks today at the same time , i'm still waiting to 'feel' pregnant but i know it takes time lol. I can't wait to see/hear a heartbeat, i'll be forever anxious until then.

Pumpkin. Yup, I wish I could fast forward to holing my baby. Woke up this morning and owch my boobs hurt, also got a bout of nausea because I hadn't eaten. Looks like its time to have small meals regularly, I hate feeling sick (like my food too much ). How are you feeling? I'm hoping to get an early scan around 6-8wks so I can see a heart beat and relax a little. In the UK it's normal to get a first scan at 12wks, not sure I could wait that long? How does it work in the US after a bfp?
Someone posted a c section delivery receipt from the US, they had charged the parents for skin to skin contact, surely it was a mistake?

Sorry I missed all of the excitement. OMG two BFPs I know there has to be a third one. So exciting! Huge to Pumpkin and Kerzie!! I am overjoyed for you two ladies.

Started the new job on the 26th and it's been tiring. So I work, go home eat and sleep. Hoping to get some rest this weekend while visiting some friends and my sister. I think I o'd Monday or Tuesday but I had to go to the doc for an urinary tract infection so bd on Saturday and that is it so I am out this month.
