@a.rich- yeah they hurt every month now since my miscarriage last year. Used to be a pregnancy symptom but not anymore.

Spotting started today. Likely af tommorrow.

I don't know about that luv but I'm hoping it's the key for you. I did two miles last night and my friend called me at 630 this morning for a workout so I let her push me we did four miles and two of those were a slow run......I thought I was going to die!!!!! I drunk a little bit of water and I threw that up. But hey I did it! Now I have to complete my homework before work at three! Gm ladies
