Hi, can i join please? AF got me this evening, gutted as i was 2 days late. So no baby for me this year.

Looking forward to trying again this month, i would be happy with a january baby!!

I'm thinking of trying vitex next month.
Currently have a 30 day cycle, Oing on CD21 with a 9 day L.P. Any one used to vitex to lengthen out LP?

I'm 8 months PP, before bub I had a very regular 26/27 day cycle Oing CD14 with a 12/13 day L.P.
9 days seems too short. I dont want to start this month as I need O to stay exactly where my app is predicting, but I think I'll start using it from CD1 nect cycle.

Hey ladies so went to my 7week check up after loss. Everything is good. She gave me a intercourse plan to follow this month. And once I get my 1st BFP even if faint to come in to start blood work so she can watch my levels ...then she will let me know when To come in for ultrasound (based on numbers) . So let see if i surprise her soon with a BFP. Also...she did say After 6 months of no Baby she will then schedule fertility specialist. She doesn’t wan to put me in progesterone just yet that will come later if need be. And NO STRESS during fertility week and tww!!! She said absolutely take your mind off the stress of ttc

Beaut1ful best of luck with no stress.... it’s not easy during the tww. Mystique i haven’t tried vitex either but heard so many good things so if AF comes I’m going to try it next cycle too. I’m due AF in 4 days and been so light headed since 4dpo so I’m hoping this is a sign!

Mistique- never tried vitex but my LP is always 14days.

K8mcm88- I agree bc I am a symptom spotter!! So this will be hard but will try to relax as much as can. The month I did conceive I took time off the board a few days and from tempting.

@Beaut1ful38. I am glad that your doctor's appointment went well and that she is giving you a intercourse timing plan. Is it similar to SMEP or slightly different? Sad that she won't give you any progesterone pills but doctor's orders.

Good luck to the ladies testing soon and hope for some BFPs. I used Maca the month I got pregnant and not sure if that is what helped me to set my LP longer or if it was the progesterone cream that had a hand in it.

Thank you beaut1ful38 - yes ttc baby number 4, i dont fall pregnant easily, my 1st took 2 years of trying, the 2nd, around 12 months and our 3 took us 16 months. This is our 2nd month of trying for baby 4, i am hoping it will be quicker this time, i am going to try ovulation sticks and fingers crossed i wont be waiting up to two years!

Hi All. I'm straddling 2018/2019 with an EDD of Jan 1 if successful this month, so I'll join the queue.
I'm CD10 today - feeling very bloated and tender, so follicles are probably growing.

I'm taking femara this month on my own, not monitored. I've been on it before and responded well so I'm taking the risk - even had my first positive in 2 yrs from it, although I lost the pregnancy early. But I've not done 10mgs before which I tried this time. I read some studies that high dose femara has had greater success levels, both for pregnancy and successful live baby rate - so I'm giving it a go. Bought it online. I'm just starting my fertile week and probably won't ovulate for another 3 days or so. Taking vegan prenatals, vit d, vit e and extra folic acid.
