@nharty: Girl, we are all a little nosey on here, I'm glad you asked because Vitex and Maca are for providing support for the adrenal glands and balancing the hormones, which can help with insulin resistance or PCO(S).

I'm a big fan of the website Natural Fertility Info, run by a team of holistic nutritionists and herbalists. We can't post links on here but on their homepage go to the drop down "Fertility Therapies" and read their pages on Maca and Vitex. I also take Royal Jelly based on their recommendation for egg health.

All are pretty inexpensive in capsule form, which is what I use. Let me know if you have questions on the effects I've seen so far. Not pregnancy yet, but I'm definitely noticing changes and healthier cycles.

@kelley: I'm in the same boat, I got close to pos cd14, pos cd15 with low temp, darker than control cd16, 17 and 18 (today) all with temps above the CL. Fert friend put the crosshairs on cd15. So is it just the leftover LH that's causing the strong lines? Or did I O later? I've never had strong positives like this! It's a good thing ya?

@holly: that sucks I'm sorry you had that happen and had to watch a person clearly not appreciate being pregnant. It would have ruined my night too.

Yeah Rerun! I think its a good thing. I don't remember mine being so much darker than the control line. Fingers crossed that this is our month!

Got a dark test strip today! Hoping that we'll catch that egg this month and get a BFP for a Christmas present!!

Hey guys! CD 5 over here. Have an appointment with our RE on January 5th. Maybe we will get pregnant this month and won't need it. (-: We shall see.
