Thanks, Basia. I actually think we made the decision to go thru with ivf. And, we are just like you in hoping for twins. The RE said earlier that this long process has actually hurt the 2nd kid because if I was pregnant today, I'd be 38 giving birth and then by time I was ready for #2 I'd be 39ish and how long would it take and then what about a 3rd. So it was an easy decision to do 2.

Will keep you in the loop on what we find out this week.

Red, it is good that you are satisfied with your new Re. Good luck with the tests dear and I hope that whatever you decide, it will be the best for you.
While, I hope Friday is a great day for you!!!!
AFM, Af has slowed down and I started the ovulation tests. I want to start again and be in the game. The only thing I am trying to fix is my mood. i am full of "black" thoughts. i have to fix this!

While - I am ok... as of yesterday I was still spotting - CD#13. I also went and saw acupuncturist yesterday :) She said that she will make my blood flow a bit better and I might bleed a bit more in the next few days but that is only bc she will try to speed up the process and I must say there was a bit more blood yesterday evening.

Also I got my ticket to Poland :) I am having almost 2 weeks with my sister and her husband and kids - can't wait :)

Good luck Friday girl :)

So I am trying to do better - eat healthier and exercise a bit :) Honestly I don't like to exercise but I do go on 30-40 min walks everyday with my dog. I like hiking but hate gym.
BUT... I will still try to do better and in addition to the walk with the dog I will try to use my elliptical - it is a bit dusty right now LOL but that needs to change.
Also I am not a salad person but I will try to add some veggies to my diet - hopefully I can substitute one of the meals or eat a small salad in between.
I'm turning 31 in less then a week and did not imagine not having baby by now. Hopefully by making those changes in my life I can prepare my body for the next IVF. Oh and no more coffee - I am just giving myself few more days - till my b-day and then I am cutting it out completely (I did that before but working 70 hrs per week made me a week person and I had to have it)

Morning ladies. @basia-i am so so so happy you saw an acupunturist! You are just going to fall in love with it! I totally believe it was all the difference for me. My numbers were so low to begin with and then jumped up after acupunture. I think it helped with bloodflow all along. Poland sounds like a dream! Enjoy that! I gave up all caffeine before IVF as well. I still drink decaf because i love the taste.

@red-Once you make that decision to jump forward with IVF you get excited for it. NEVER did i think we would be doing IVF, but here we are and we are pregnant. Happier than ever and it was SO worth it!!! Excited for you!

@while-can't wait for Friday!! how many days post trigger is it?

@keth-Glad you are back in it! The black thouhts i swear never go away. I was having them up until seeing our baby yesterday. There is SO much worry and doubt. Just stay positive. I know i am annoying and push acupunture on everyone...but seriously, you should try it!

How is everyone else doing??? Sorry those i missed.

AFM- well ladies, we had our very first scan yesterday! It was so amazing. We got to see ONE little bean in there. Ladies...if you are doing IVF, transfer TWO if you can! We did, and I am so happy we did. Who knows which one took, but i am thankful we did. We didn't get to hear the heartbeat but saw it beating away! Such a cool thing to see. The heart rate was 115bpm, which i read up on (of course) and it looks right on track for just over 6 weeks. We have our first OB appointment next thursday and we will get to see baby again! Then, one more RE appointment the following monday before we graduate. SO weird!

Basia - I've been trying to do the same thing this year. Started boot camp and eating better. My problem is the social drinking. We are out ALL the time with something going on. Need to start cutting back on events (and wine)!

LS - so exciting that you saw your baby!

AFM, I think the stars are aligned for me to continue with this physician. AF came early today, DH got his swimmers off for a SA, I got my blood drawn for some tests, and my CD3 apt is set for Thursday! Then we'll just wait to see what course the doc thinks we should take.

Love hearing all your ladies progress. Ls, awe you saw the little peanut.

Finally heard from my Dr. She really wants me to do one more iui round with higher injectable before I move onto ivf. So not she how I feel about that.
