Hi Wozzle! How are you?

I guess it's an iron taste. I have always read about it but never had it with my other pregnancies. It's a subtle taste not overwhelming and it goes away shortly after waking. Did it linger all day for you?

I tested last night at 13dpo and got a BFN. I think I need to wait it out a bit though. AF isn't due until the 11th technically, so I may have jumped the gun a little. Fingers crossed.

39 no it didn't linger all day like u said when I woke up and the worse part it would make me sick.

Hi ladies, just a quick update on myself... I am randomly getting BFP on my IC but bfn on frer ...had blood work done on Friday...will know the results this Wednesday. I don't think it's promising but we will see. Xo

Good luck to all of you, I may not been online as much as all of the TTC stuff is wearing me out and I might need a break if this pregnancy isn't viable or if these tests are a bad batch.

I'm new in this forum and I really need help. I'm 40, trying for more than 7 years with two miscarriages and painful period. Below is my current post:

I have regular monthly period but still unable to conceive this 7 years. Sometimes, a week before the next period, my body will change with following signs painful nipple & enlarge breast, nausea, weakness, tasteless tongue, headache, etc. Just a day or two days to period, all symptoms gradually disappear. my question is what is happening to me?

Somebody should talk to me. I'm depressed over this issue.

Welcome, Udumma. So sorry to hear you have been trying for so long. Have you seen a reproductive endocrinologist? Symptoms like you are describing (luteal phase) are caused by progesterone which is at its peak ~ 1 week after ovulation. If no conception, progesterone levels will fall, subsequently symptoms are disappearing and AF will start. So all this is normal. I definitely recommend that you see a dr for help with conception. There are many tests that can help detect where the problem(s) lies.

39, metallic taste - sounds promising to me. I have heard a lot of women experience it and get a BFP.

I am sorry to hear of your struggle. You may be having chemical pregnancies. Lots of reasons why eggs don't implant. Have you seen a specialist to rule out endometriosis, pcos, fibroids or cysts. There are lots of natural ways to increase your chances of conceiving. Are you overweight, do you workout, is your job/life stressful, do you eat lots of wheat? So much to consider! I suggest trying to be the healthiest you that you can be. I know personally this is easier said than done. We are here to help and encourage anyway we can.

Wozzle thank you for the info. I usually spot before AF so will see what happens over the next few days.

Ok ladies. Question... I'm 6dpo and today my lower abdomen is in a constant ache. Not painful really bad. Not cramping. Just ick... I don't remember any other cycles really having this. Other than this I have no other symptoms. Your thoughts? Also. My temps are all over the place. Keeps dropping below my control line which I read is a sign of low progesterone.

I am 6dpo and I've been having a sore stomach. If you think you have low progesterone use natural progesterone cream. Our temps are easily affected. Give yourself a few more days and test.
