Hello Lovely ladies!
Long time no post... I had to take a break for my sanity sometime around last october. I just felt like I was trying to hard and getting pregnant was consuming my life. So as far as an update..

After a MC March 2016, I didnt become pregnant again the rest of the year.. I had set this expectation that I would try till I turned 43 and that if it happened.. great! If not- I was moving on. My 43rd birthday was at the end of December. I mourned it not happening. I probably gained 20lbs out of depression.

So here I am 5 months later... 20lbs lighter thanks to working out and getting a puppy to make me active. I no longer track BBT, or opks... I do however still test when I'm getting close to AF. But, I've been more relaxed about the whole thing. It doesnt ruin my week, my day or even the hour anymore.

I still want it to happen though, Ive just been better able to keep the obsession at bay.

Megan, welcome back! I'm about where you were. My magic mental number is 42 and I turn that in August.

Trying an HSG (Femvue) in June to see if my pipes are clogged. That's my last invasive try. Then we just relax a bit. I lost weight too... The stress was getting to me.

You sound a lot happier. Good for you! I hope it happens for both of us. This stress becomes not worth it after a while.

42 is just a number... I had put so much pressure on that number, it really was just this arbitrary end date I gave myself that probably hurt more than it helped. Don't focus on it if you can. I know how hard it is!!!

My cycles had been consistently 27 days for most of the past year, however the last 3 months they have stretched out to about 29 days. If I base this cycle on 29 days, I'm 9dpo today! and hopefully there is a nugget in there burrowing in.

Anyone out there planning on testing soon? I am going to test in the am tomorrow before this big weekend of family picnics. I wouldn't mind having a few adult beverages...lol

As far as any symptoms.. I have been fighting off the same cold about a week and a half.. so I am not sure if I can say my absolute exhaustion and constant sleeping aren't part of that. My back was achy- but then again I have been coughing my head off, so it might just be the cold again. I keep waiting to wake up with the crazy tender breasts. They are a bit tingly today.

Good luck meghan:). Im due tomorrow , I wish i can test, but nothing for me. Friday will be my biopsy to see if i have cancer cells. My dr thinks my lining of uterus way to thick:(. My surgery got move to July.

Thanks ladies, recovery from c section is going great, and little Noah is an awesome baby, let's me sleep and doesn't fuss very much at all. I'm so happy :)

I posted it as unsure.. I'm going to take another tonight to see if it gets darker.
