Hi everyone and welcome new girls. boy ..alot has happend in a few days ive been away. Angel let us worry about that for you ok promise you will try to relax as much as you can ok. I know it must be nerve wrecking but I pray your calculations are wrong and you are 4weeks. Speaking of nerve wrecking as some of you may remember i took the soy isoflavones...and I thnk it messed me up, I was temping and it appeared to me I O a week early and now im just like all confused and lost. One minute I feel cramping by my uterus but then it turned out to be gas lol and now im kinda cramping on my right side but then it goes away AF not due til next week and I dont want to test. If my temping was correct i ovulated on the 14th or 15th and I was supposed to O on the 21 ...I had heard that Soy Iso will cause that ...so maybe i should take my own advice and try to relax right. lol I Will NOT test. I will not test I will not test I will not test lol. Oh by the way we BD from the 13 to the 22 like 2 teenagers woohoo lol. God bless all.

Hi Chachacha! I hope all goes well for you and you get a BFP! But, like you said, don't stress!!

AFM - Well, after sore BBs on DPO 1 and EXTREMELY sore and full BBs on DPO 2, today, I have almost nothing. My left BB is tender to the pushing but my right side, nothing. Boy that's weird. Maybe it's just a new O surge that I've never experienced before. I hope it's more. Now on to the TWW.

Okay, crazy question, and I know the answer, but I want to hear it from you ladies b/c just a little part of me is fearful:
Obviously DH can't go 2 weeks without any BD. I try to put him off for as long as possible, but he is a man. My fear is that when we BD, it will harm any possible baby formation. Twice before, after BDing, AF came (and not on her scheduled day). So, I'm a little fearful. :-( I know in my head that a pelvic exam nor BDing can cause an MC or AF, but I'm a tad bit nervous.

Sex won't mess up anything. From my research, if anything, it can help. Orgasm brings more blood to the uterus -- a good thing. Semen in the vagina can cause you to release hormones that make the uterus more friendly to implantation -- also a good thing.

When I did IVF, they told me no sex for 5 days after retrieval due to the risk of infection. After that, sex was fine -- except they said no orgasm for 2 weeks. Although they had me on so much progesterone, my body had different ideas about that anyway. Twice. And, in any event, I think they tell you that just so that you won't second guess everything on the chance the IVF doesn't work. Mine worked.

I have also never found anything to say that sex can bring on AF -- and there have been times when I desperately wanted her to start earlier.

So, I think you're good to go, Faithbarnes. Of course, don't do anything you feel uncomfortable about.

Hey everyone - sorry I've been mia for a while, but I've been super busy and really trying not to stress this cycle after my cp last cycle. I started the clomid on 5-9 and I O'd yesterday. DH and I have been like teenagers and are super hopeful. Also still taking the pregnitude and prenatal vitamins.
I have a blood test scheduled for this week, I guess to check if I O'd. I'm going to ask about progesterone levels and supplements as this past cp was my 3rd m/c in 2 years. Any suggestions from those of you who have done the clomid thing?

Congrats to those who got their and for all the rest of us!!

Wow a lot has been going on but have to say I appreciate everyone's story on here, it just is nice to know I'm not the only 40 something woman TTC. Anyone else in their 2 week wait like me? I find this the hardest time because I just am so positive it stuck until I see AF. I'm 5 DPO, keeping positive thoughts, had a positive OPK on day 13, using progesterone and taking all my vitamins, and now I sit and wait LOL. Sending prayers to everyone for every stage and battle you are going through. The bible says when 2 or more ask for it in my name it shall be given. Well ladies I think we got that covered:)

Hi Treats1116! I'm in my TTW too. I got a positive OPK on CD 13 (August 29) so I suppose I am 3 or 4 DPO. I had tender BBs on CD 13 - CD 15, but that tenderness has gone away. So, I don't know if it's b/c of O, but this has not happened to me (I don't think). But, the soreness has gone away, almost completely, so I'm thinking it was just a surge in progesterone or whatever it's called. :-(

But, I'm prayerful and trying to stay positive. I have go to find ways to occupy my time. I'm on this darn computer so much, that I think my headaches and backache are from sitting!!!

Good luck Treats1116! We are cycle buddies. I'll be in prayer for you too.

-Faith
