Soooo tired all day even though I slept enough, cramps and sometimes pain in lower abdomen area, lots a gas as well and vivid dreams!

Fatigued even after having slept well. Slight nausea. Cramping, aching, twinging in lower abdomen. Burning, tingling sensation in womb.
