Dragonfly, haven't had time to look yet anyway. But will definitely post it.

I'm out. I'm really upset and missed classes/meetings.

Temp was 97.09 this morning.

mrsbutler -- So sorry I hope you have better luck next time. I don't do well with disappointment either.

dragonfly -- Very interesting with the temp rise. I'm not too well versed in the BBT; I only started doing it this cycle. I did have that BIG dip yesterday, then I went up to 97.1 this morning. Not sure what all that means, but hope it means good things for us both.

Today I have the headache from Hell and early this morning I felt some quick pokes on my left side that lasted about 30 seconds. (felt like my uterus, but not sure).

Nips are a little sensitive and I'm on edge, feeling really emotional, which is unusual for me until RIGHT before AF shows. Also felt some light cramps on my left side. That is a really weird one, because I NEVER cramp before AF. I usually only cramp on the day AF shows and during, but never before.

It would be nice to have success the first month trying, but I suppose it's unlikely...

@mrsbutler. Sorry to hear about your temp falling. I too don't deal well with disappointment.

@Burn2Ash. I know exactly how you feel. I normally get really emotional the day before AF shows. I wish I was an expert in BBT reading but it's not the case as I read today that having the same temp everyday could mean a faulty BBT Thermometre and I hope that's not the case as I just got it a few months ago. How many dpo are you and when is AF supposed to come? Mine isn't until the 19th. I am still have cramps more so like AF and this morning when I did a cervix check, there was a glob of sticky like mucous and still watery lotiony cm with a tinge of yellow. Keeping my fingers crossed that you conceive the first time.

dragonfly -- I'm actually 5/6 dpo and I average anywhere between a 27-29 day cycle, with most being 28 days. I'm pretty sure I O'd late CD14 into late CD15, which is why my dpo is a little split. I confirmed this not with temp, but with the consistency of my CM. Also, the day after, I had that lovely CL pain that I get only sometimes and it was on my left side, which is where I ovulated from. So, I have about 8 more days before AF decides to show (or not ). I don't usually get emotional or crampy this far from her, which has my hopes up a little. As far as BBT, I really don't know if I'm doing it right; but my temps are pretty erratic anyway, so it may not be a clear indicator of anything for me. I hope your BBT thermometer isn't faulty; I hate wasting money, too . But, the CM seems a little promising, unless that's normal for you mid-cycle.

I wish I could just fast forward to September 17th! That's when AF is supposed to show, and I'll hope she doesn't.

@Burn2Ash. Just wanted to mention that its tiring to see all those advertisements on the forums and having to go through the pages justt to find the one your looking for lol. I am a regular 28-day myself. I have always taken my temps vaginally and never did temp on my AF days. This month was my only time because I didn't know what my cover line was. My AF (if she shows) is the 19th. Still cramping slightly and feeling moist. Guess we have to go through the waiting game and see what happens.

dragonfly -- I hear you on the forum ads! Hoping for the best for us both then. The waiting just sucks. I've never been good at waiting.

@Burn2Ash. Me either. I am a very impatient person . We are just going to have to wait it out and hope for the best.

Today I called the company where I get my pills from and she said that it could be the battery that might be going and suggest I temp in the morning and see what it is at. I then remembered that I still have the same thermometre from when I ordered from them back in 2015 but couldn't quite remember where I put it as it was a long time ago. Long story short, after some much needed alone time with my DH. This is how nsync men are lol. He asked me when my "hot" day was and I told him that it already passed. He said, so no baby this month? Then asked me when I ovulated; course I don't know as I don't even know. I decided to temp and it was at 98.5. I did manage to find my old one shortly after and surprisingly the battery still worked. The temp came out the same (98.5) so I guess my temps are right.

Sorry, I ramble sometimes but I can't help it lol. I had a thought. Would a woman still cramp if the sperm did not meet the egg? I had some right side cramping earlier this evening and was curious.

Sorry I haven't been around much ladies. The nausea and fatigue have been horrid. We had an ultrasound today and.....

WE HAVE A HEARTBEAT! It was the most beautiful and effect sound. We go back in 2 weeks and if all still looks good we will start monthly appiontments.

@3littles3angels -- That's so exciting! When are you due?

@dragonfly23 -- So a faulty battery might effect temps? That's odd and super inconvenient if true. As for the cramping, I don't know. I've read on other forums that some women can "feel the egg moving down the tube," but I've never felt any such thing. I usually feel a very light pinch around O and then sometimes I feel a strong one after, which I think is my corpus luteum. I suppose it's possible to know right away if you're in tune with your body. I wish mine came with a manual.
