Bumpin: congratulations!

Basia: I really hope that you start to feel better - hopefully the doc can give you some answers today

afm: thankfully my cycle seems to have gone back to normal - AF tapered off last night and while I am still wearing something today just in case, I think its safe to say she is gone. DH and I plan to start BD right away as its been quite awhile and we need to get things going again - which he seems pretty excited for. We stayed away from doing much for the last few weeks just to make sure my body was returning to normal after the d&c. Had my 5 week follow up with my doc this morning and he sees no reason why we can't get back to trying right away - so that's the plan! Praying we will be lucky and get that sticky bean right away! :)

cd 5 for me today - so get back into action this weekend for fun...and get back to seriously trying by tuesday. I think I will start using opks on Sunday.

Basia - Thank you for your input!! I may have underestimated my O day this cycle. We BDed every other day starting on CD 12 thru CD 16. So since I took clomid CD 5-9 I bet my O day was actually later than CD 16. Next cycle I will try an OPK. I wonder why my doc had me do CD 5-9 when it seems 3-7 is more typical.

Michelley - how long is your cycle normally?
I actually read that there is no good reason why some people are on CD 3-7 vs 5-9... some doctors like to do it in between 4-8 :) So who knows.

Well that's the thing. Right now I don't really know how long my cycle normally is. In January of this year I got off of BC. At the same time though, I was training for my first 10k and running A LOT and eating healthier. I think that must have messed up my cycle because then I didn't have a period for months after that. I thought it was just regulating itself from getting off of BC but when I did not have one still after about 6 months, I decided to get serious. I cut way back on running, gained about 15 pounds & went to the doc. He gave me provera to induce a period & started me on clomid. He said that I probably became anovulatory because of my low body weight but that he wanted to start the clomid just to be safe. He said if I am not successful after 6 months then he will refer me to a fertility specialist. I am hoping if I keep good track of my cycles that I will get a better feel on what my average cycle length is and can better pinpoint my O day.

so tomorrow afternoon I will know for sure if I am pregnant or not. I have a feeling what it will be but still going for bloodwork tomorrow morning and will have results that afternoon.
I am trying to stay positive... really really hard but seeing BFN on 13/14DPO is just difficult. If this IUI did not work hopefully 3rd time is a charm and the 3rd IUI will give me some good news :) Inside I am really hopeful but then I keep telling myself not to get my hopes up so I don't get crushed tomorrow.

UGhhhhhhhhhhh... why does this have to be so difficult?

hm... I had trigger shot this time so I was suppose to ovulate the day of IUI but maybe I did the next day - not later then that.

Either way I am 13 or 14 DPO.
