Should I take one more progesterone dose tonight to be safe and test in the morning?

I would. If you have more than one test, I'd be testing tonight. :)

Can you ask your dr about ultrasound monitoring since you didn't get a positive opk?

Aw, thank you. I hate testing for this reason. Just the act gets my hopes up, even for a few moments.

I don't think so. She doesn't seem too worried, just "try again."

How long have you been on clomid?

This was my first round. Doc said at my age (34), I should try 3 rounds (with the option of IUI) before referring me to a specialist.

I agree with your Dr. After three rounds, you should take a break. If you don't catch a positive opk with your next cycle though, I would push for ultrasound monitoring and an hcg trigger for the last try before a break. Some women don't ovulate even with the clomid, without the help of a trigger.

Has your DH had a semen analysis?

Hi ladies! I see everything has gone back hectic for some of us. Afm, i had my progesterone levels done for the first time after clomid and my number went down. When i wasn't on clomid my number was 9.9 and after clomid 50mg it's 3. :( guess I'm out this cycle. Waiting for af so i can start clomid 100mg. Good luck to u all!!

lisserb - My cycles had been "normal" but doc put me on clomid and progesterone because it's been over a year of trying with no pregnancies. Both of us have been tested (hsg, thyroid, progesterone level, SA) and all results came back fine.

This cycle was the first I haven't had any + opk, but I had only tested 7 days (bought that kit instead of the monthlong thinking it's all I'd need).

I hope I don't sound impatient, I'm fine with trying again. Just had a lot of questions about this first round on clomid.

I sort of feel like I'll just never get pregnant.
