@Hberry. Good luck in the tww and hope you guys caught the egg. If this cycle turns out to be a success, just remember this; if it turns out to be a success; just remember that he or she may or may not be born on your son's birthday. I just hope he won't be disappointed either way.

MJ I know girl. This desire for a baby cannot just go away! Hopefully you’ll get a surprise soon!
I’m good! Trying still metformin as prescribed by my RE and not really much. Now I’m on CD2 and still trying to get my self together. I had hopes that maybe the medication could help.. still waiting! Here’s to another cycle

Hberry I hope you’ll get your bfp and your due date will be far from your sons bday. I remember it was a pretty big concern of yours! Fingers crossed for a girl and for a different date

How’s everyone else doing? How are the pregnant mommas in here?

Best of luck MJ!

Hberry, babies rarely come on their due date, so even if you conceive this cycle I doubt it'll be an issue with your son. Fingers crossed for you!

Alex, I have such positive feelings for you. Your doctor sounds very confident, and I'm sure your waiting will pay off within the next 3 - 6 months! What does your doc think of your shorter luteal phase? Even with my normal LP my progesterone is still a little low, so my doctor is keeping me on progesterone pessaries for my whole first trimester I think! Has your progesterone ever been tested?

AFM, I'm trying to find ways around the morning sickness. My diet has been turned on it's head - suddenly, the whole grain options I used to love are super hard for me to digest and make my nausea worse, and I'm feeling best when eating white pasta and other simple foods. Veggies? Who are they? Lol! Aversions galore. I was gagging at the smell of banana this morning. BANANA. ???? Lord help me! My doctor is recommending I try taking 100 mg/day of b6 to see if that helps. DH is picking it up for me tonight, so we'll see how we go over the next few days! I need to get a handle on the nausea because we are trying to put our house on the market, but we have to declutter to get it ready for the photography, but it all keeps getting pushed back because I'm just not feeling up to it. Grr.

I'm other news, I got to see my little bean's heartbeat last Saturday at 7&1 (I forget whether I updated here after that so forgive me if this is a duplicate!) Pic attached

E- my last 2 kids were actually born on their due dates. My oldest 2 were close to their due dates.
1dpo for me. So the dreaded tww begins. Nothing to report now.

Wow hberry, that's amazing! My son came very close to his due date too, but I always thought I was the odd one out - plus I get chiro throughout pregnancy which helps a lot. My sister's birthday is very close to our other sister's death anniversary (she would've been our older sister, but died as a baptised baby, so we celebrate that day as the day she went to Heaven) Anyway, we often celebrated them both on the same day, two separate cakes and such. It never bothered her to share her day. My little one is due the same month as I was born, so our birthdays could be very close! I think worrying about it being a problem is one of those things that could be a self fulfilling prophecy because kids can seriously pick up on our stress, anxiety and negativity. Better idea to just act like it's going to be so much fun for him to have a birthday twin! Best of luck getting through the tww - wish I could send you my unused frers!

E- my brother in law's birthday is September 25th, my dh birthday is October 6th and my mother in law's birthday is October 13th so all 3 celebrate on 1 weekend with everyone.

E my gynecologist and my RE both don’t have any concerns about my LP. It is on the shorter side but it is pretty stable and it’s within the normal length limits. My progesterone never been tested either since they never had an indication that something may be wrong. I really don’t know what is gonna be. Today I’m going for some repeat blood work so we’ll see if things looking better about my thyroid issues and everything else. I’m still on cd3 and I’m so over it already lol

5dpo today. Had some shooting pains today on the left side. Hoping it's a good sign. Been feeling a tad under the weather. Been trying to fight off a cold and might have a sore throat coming on. Hope it somehow helps....? How is everyone doing?
