It's a long TTC road!! Come and stay awhile! :)

I'm starting this thread for the women who have been TTC for a while....and either not having success or are having multiple frustrating losses. There is no judging....and it's a group for support (and virtual hugs!) whenever we need it.

So, come....stay awhile....grab a hot cup of tea (or coffee!) and type away!

So sorry to hear that! I will keep you in my prayers. Keep us posted on what you find out. I am sure it must be frustrating to keep going through the same thing so hopefully they are able to come up with some answers for you!

I'm doing okay just waiting for AF to show since this last loss. the specialist had no new for us. Took a lot of tests and he knew they'd be normal. Says to keep trying & expecting losses as each pregnancy for me now has a 50% chance of success.

How are you Katie? is it just you & me left in the forum?

Hello to everyone!

I would like to join your group if you would have me :)
Its currently our 8th cycle TTC, with a history of 2 chemicals.
So we decided to head to Dr. office, get everything check, to put our minds at ease..and in case something is wrong, start the treatment on time.
I have to admit, Im really scared. Most of you in this group will know the feeling, Im sure!! Im scared there is something wrong, and that I might never have a child..
It may seem that am worrying too much, after all, 8 cycles is not that long..but given the fact my mother struggled for 7 years to conceive me, sometimes Im overwhelmed by the fear that her condition is hereditary. That makes it even harder to listen to all those advising: Relax, it will happen! You know the feeling right?
Advice like that never helps..
But I dont want to sound too negative, I havent lost all hope by no means. I think I just need someone to share my fears with.
How many of you ladies are still here, from when the topic was first created?

Loads of baby dust from

welcome, the group is extremely quiet as most of the group are now sporting baby bumps.... but I'm still here I've experienced even more losses since joining the group.

My story has 3 happy healthy full term children then in March 2012 I delivered my still born angel Boy we named Sonic James at 17 weeks @ 2.3 oz 5.5 inches. then our next losses are Aug 2012-twins 8-10wks blighted ovum, December-twins 12 wks, Feb-4.5 wks, May-5.2 wks, July- 7-8wks... the drs (4 of them) have found nothing to indicate why the secondary infertility/ recurrent pregnancy loss & have given me a 50% chance of success each pregnancy from here on out (meaning each time we get pregnant it's like flipping a coin on whether or not the little one will stay with us) . We will be back to ttc in a month or two

Glad and sad for people like the ladies on these forums, I sometimes feel all alone in this journey. Dh and I have been ttc for three years now, not a single pregnancy not even a month where I have been a maybe.

All the tests have come back completely normal we are both healthy 28-30 year olds. We have explored all kinds of avenues. From vitamins and herbs to homeopathic remedies. I have taken clomid and letrazole and done iui's next step if ivf. Not sure what to do that is out of our price point since our insurance does not cover any infertility treatments. This month is an iui month on day 21 of my cycle, starting to feel af like cramps coming on, some months it's all I can do to not fall apart in public. This has been a particularly rough month, I know it's just a phase and I will get over it.

It's comforting to know that their are other people who feel like I do, and see things the way I do. Although I would not wish infertility on my worst enemy! Good luck I hope and pray ever one gets the chance to parent!
