Very much in shock......

Today I completely expected my period to come on full force....as it always does on 14dpo. I kept checking my CM all day....nothing but clear mucus, if anything. Very odd. I decided that either I had my ovulation date wrong....or that I might actually be pregnant. To end this back and forth in my mind....I went out, bought an EPT digital, held my pee for 3 hours and took the damn test. Less than 2 minutes later, the screen read "Pregnant". Holy shit.

I had my usual small spotting events the last few days, similar to every non-pregnant cycle....so I drank caffeine, took some Ibuprofen for an ache.....didn't think twice and expected my period at any moment. I am still in shock.....when I try really hard to get pregnant, it doesn't happen. But when I stop temping and tracking everything......it happens. Unreal.

Well, with our past, I'm cautious about this whole thing....not telling many people like we've done before. I just have to take this day by day.....whatever happens, happens. I do know, however, that if this doesn't work out......my husband is finished 100% with TTC. I also cannot keep going through D&Cs. I'm just not sure if I should be happy or scared.....

Me...33 Hubby...34 Nov 2002...high risk pregnancy, preterm labor @ 31wks, held in our son until 37wks, born 7lbs, 20in October 2007...blighted ovum @ 6w4d, D&C October 2012...fetal death @7w4d subchorionic hematoma, D&C, 46 chromosomes, normal female Waiting to TTC until June!
