HI Basia,
good luck with it all. FYI I had my retrieval on day 12 of my cycle.

I had it in my head starting out that it would be day 14 like normal, but of course the drugs speed things up :-). Can't say I was sorry to not be sticking needles in my belly twice a day!

I feel pretty awful though after the retrieval. I'm bloated and that just makes me feel crappy. Have been home resting and will get 6 days off in total before I return to work and think I will need all of them.

The procedure itself was no big deal, and I felt fine up until then. Even went running the night before and kept pace with the front of the pack, just had to hold on to my ovaries on the downhill.

Anyway good luck to you this month. Hope it goes well and the medicine doesn't mess you around too much.

Just got back from DR - there are no cysts and lining is thin (what they want to see when you start cycle). I have 11 eggs/follicles on one side and 12 on the other - of course they are tiny and not ready but we will stimulate ovaries with Follistim - 225 units tonight and tomorrow and I have another bloodwork on Sunday to make sure everything is good :) will get more info/plan on Sunday

@basia - yay! So glad everything looks good and you can proceed - what CD are you? I think you and I are similar in our cycles. I'm on CD 5.

AFM - starting 25 mg clomid today. EEK! Hopefully this time i have TWO follicles and not SIX! (-:

While - I guess CD2 - I did not get normal period this time because of Birth Control.

Afm, i decided for a 3rd iui, as i wanted to take a chance before ivf. The doc doubled the clomid because she wants more than one big follicles. I am cd 4,as progesterone delayed my period for 1 week!
