Who wants to get Sept BFP's!! After trying for a few months.
Hi Everyone!
I am trying to muster up any confidence I have left at this point and feeling very discouraged do to our situation. In comparison to some ladies I know I am not as bad but still feeling down from last month and the prior 6 months total as well. Me and my husband have been trying since beg March this year and we are both healthy and young enough to start a family but no luck yet. I have connected with some ladies and it seems everyone of them has gotten a BFP on their first try or so and I would like to hear from those of you who are in my position where you are still trying and its just taking longer. I am looking for some support and stories about your journey so far and what you think of timing and any other methods you have been following. I'm interested to hear your thoughts now that we've all been at it for a while. What do you beleive in and what are you not going to try anymore?
For us, we tried for about 2 months the normal way just with me taking prenatals and not really understanding the timing of the O day and OPK's or anything like that. After that I researched about those things and figured out what timing was better than others and started using OPK's just to pin point my days, however, I have always been on a solid schedule of 26 day cycles and I know when AF comes each month so I'm not sure how much that has really helped me honestly. I also logged my BBT for a month and it felt more stressful than I think it should and it didn't help me really so I stopped that too. Now that we have passed the 6 month mark, I am scheduled to go to the fertility doctor and see what they can tell me or test for incase there is a bigger problem going on. I feel we have timed everything right for at least 3 or 4 months now and nothing ever changes. I even had my DH do a home test that came out positive for being at least at a normal sperm count.
So, what are your thoughts? What's your story? How long have you been TTC and what are going to do from this point on different?
I can't wait to hear from you! I need to know I'm not alone in this!

Mrsaskew11~ Dear Lord I hope that u r right! I must say that as I am so excited for all of the BFP's,.... I cannot help but wonder what is wrong that I cannot be amoung all of you wonderful ladies:( i am going to stay strong and positive I promise!!! I am already on cd7 so bring on my + OPK's already!!! I have never been more excited to start a new BDing cycle than i am for this cycle! My DH even laughed because on the calander I wrote "GAME-ON" over days cd10-17!!!! I also started B-6 supplements this month as my Dr suggested that it may help strengthen my lining and extend my luteal phase? Maybe,... We shall c,... Otherwise,..... We continue with the plans to see the specialist.

I HATE Mondays too!!! I'm really hoping that this week flys by so I can break the news to my in-laws! :) Other than that I think my preggo symptoms will be kicking in very soon I think. Nothing yet still.

Yes MrsMullen I'm so happy that you are so motivated and positive about this cycle. I didn't really have any kind of trick but I just put my wishes in God's hands and didn't stress the month we conceived so I'm really hoping that this is your moment too! GOOD LUCK!!! CD 8 today right?

Good morning ladies!!! Hope u r all feeling grrreat!!!! I woke up a little groggy, but I had a long day at the hospital yesterday(work of course!!) anyway, i really hope that u all had a wonderful weekend!! Has anyone heard anything from Emmy this morning?? I hope she is ok! I am really anxious to hear that her faint positive turned into a BFP!!
@mrsaskew~ i fully agree with u on allowing God to work his part. It is going to happen!!!! And yes!! I am on cd8!! Yayyyy! Big O is hopefully right around the corner and hopefully followed by an easy, breezy TTW , never know what could happen! Ahhhh,... The power of positive thinking,...;)

hey ladies! im on my 2nd dpo, and really anxious to know if im going to miss AF this month!, please everyone keep it in your prayers for me & hubby!! i know it's early she isn't supposed to arrive for 14 more days but im really hopeing i don't see here again for 40 more weeks! any suggestions on when i should plan to take a test??.. i don't know if i could possibly hold off for 2 more weeks, i also started taking to super b complex vitamin, anyone tried them?. .i read they help with fertility

No word from Emmy yet I guess- kinda worries me...
@adkins- I didn't test until 10DPO this month. Previous months I always tested wayyy too early because I couldn't help myself! It just set me up for a bunch of BFNs that dragged my spirits down.
@MrsAskew- My symptoms are much more intensified this time than last time. I am SOOOO tired all the time and have had back aches.. I hope the ramped up symptoms doesn't mean there is more than one! LOL
@MrsMullen- I agree that the power of positive thinking can go a long way... so with all of us thinking positive... this thread's lucky streak is sure to continue!!

Sorry for the wait ladies!!! Took two more tests and both are positive. I'll try to upload tonight. Called my fav nurse and scheduled ultrasound for Oct 19. She thinks I am 4 weeks and 3 days but told her I thought I was only 3 weeks 3 days. I'll write to you all in a bit. Typing from my phone sucks!
