Well ladies, I tested this morning and BFN. My cycles run between 26-28 days, with an average of 27 and today is cycle day 27. No real sign of AF, I've had cramps on and off for a couple of days now but they are a little higher up and more like a dull pressure than what I normally get with AF. So likely out this month but I will keep you posted.

I probably should have waited until tomorrow or even Wed to test just to be sure AF was late, but work is so busy the rest of this week that if I tested and it was positive, I knew I would have to go the whole day until I could tell DH. Trying to not to hold on to too much hope that it was false neg.

HopefullyAMommy - I used OPK's this month, I started at cycle day 9 where some of my cycles are shorter (26 days). I think it was totally worthwhile for me since my cycles range in length and I can get them for $1.25 at the dollar store.

My apps were telling me that my fertile days were around 9-12 with ovulation at CD 13, but I didn't get an LH surge until day 14, so didn't ovulate until CD15 (maybe I am in a long 28 day cycle this month). Most apps will assume a luteal phase of 14 days regardless of your cycle length but they can range from 10-16 days. So we were totally missing prime BDing days, especially during my long cycles because we started so early.

So i couldn't wait .... so i tested yesterday at 6 dpo and i got what looks like a vfp. I don't what the odds are of getting a BFP on 6 dpo but now i got my hopes up which sucks maybe i did myself more harm than good, now i have my hopes up maybe i shouldn't have took the test.

Myfamily1st-thank you for the support. I'm hoping that once again that maybe this cycle will hopefully be it. It's definitely not easy at all but I'm happy to be speaking to you ladies who understands exactly how I feel and it definitely made me feel much better once I read all the comments.

Twwtoolong-so I think I might use the opks this month I mean might as well it won't hurt to try anyway. At least I'll know when exactly ovulation is anyway because your right you can't really trust these apps especially with the different luteal phase. I just hope I do it right and don't mess them up. I definitely do hope that you test again and see what happens. Good luck! ! Who knows what might happen.

Mrs.sumner2012-hunny good luck and I really do hope that is your bfp. I really really do. I think you should wait a little bit more and test again and see what happens when you do. Good luck were all here waiting to here the results. Good luck

HopefullyAMommy - it defintely was comforting to know that I had an LH spike. Key things are that i) you can't use first morning urine; ii) they should be done around the same time each day and iii) try not to drink a tonne of fluids right before to water it down. I did them after work each day.

Still no sign of AF yet - not going to bother to test tomorrow. If still no sign by Wed, I'll test again then. Fingers crossed - was totally convinced this cycle was it. I don't have any of my typical AF symptoms and lots of other unusual ones. Fingers crossed!

Twwtoolong-thank you for the tips because I never knew when to use them at all. I had the clear blue digital ones and that one kept giving me a error message so I got annoyed and gave up. But I invested in the cheapies so I'm hoping that I finally can get these to work properly. I just hope this can be it you know. I guess I have to be positive as much as I can. Well ladies - I am out this month, AF showed up this afternoon. Was really hoping with using the opk's this cycle we'd finally get a sticky bean. Sometimes feels like it will never happen.

Everyone thank you for the support. The witch showed dark and brown today with a temp dropped. I will get some tests done tomorrow as well. I wish you all . .

Twwtoolong-that's the same way that I felt but you know I guess wet just have to keep trying and stay positive which is easier said than done because right now I feel like I'm fighting with myself. Some days I'm halt and some days I'm really sad, but in hoping that this time around we all can get it right and get our sticky bean!

My temps dropped today to 97.5 and I am 13dpo so waiting for her to arrive. After my temps dropped I started reading other threads where many ladies have got BFP after a temp drop at 13 dpo. I know its very unlikely to get a BFP now but still praying for some miracle to happen...

Swasts-your not out until the witch shows up. So try to keep positive as much as you can. Who knows you might be that one person it could happen too. Keep you head up and think only positive thoughts kk good luck!!!! Baby dust!
