Honestly, ladies, I find it more and more difficult to discern between cramps/pressure, etc. I feel like I get it throughout my cycle while on clomid, without particular rhyme or reason (like pre-ovulation).

I just finished my 3rd round of clomid (upped to 100mg this cycle).

P.S. I didn't get a positive OPK my first round of clomid, either!

I'm enjoying the weekly fertility yoga classes. There are two poses in particular that my yogi said are good for fertility, helping new blood and encouraging circulation to your organs.

All three of these should be done for a long period of time, perhaps 5 full minutes each.

I am actually finished with my second round of Clomid...been finished for a minute actually lol. Anywho, no I didn't receive 1 pos OPK on my 1st round of Clomid so it can happen. Mostly I just believe the first month of Clomid to be kind of a "Work out" factor. Like it's working out the kinks in your body and fixing things. Now my first month on Clomid I thanked god for a reg cycle lol. It's seems that I may have one this month as well. We will see though as I am currently 5dpo today. Good luck to you love and don't worry some people don't get pos opk's in the first month of Clomid. :)

Hi ladies sorry I went MIA. Last month we took a break since we didn't have the clomid here went we were supposed to start. Well Today is Cd 1 for me again and this month we will take the Clomid CD 5-9 again. Ive lost 11 lb last month so I hope that helps too... Good luck Laides.... And Baby Dust to all... : )

Quick question.. When are we supposed to start taking the progesterone meds during a clomid cycle and for how long? I think I might have messed up the dates.. I started on CD15 for 10 days.. Does that sound right?
Any help will be appreciated so I don't get my hopes up unnecessarily,..We all know how that feels ..:(

I O normally on CD 19. Clomid actually didn't change it at all. I don't temp anymore, but I do use OPK's. When not on clomid, i get an LH surge and I O the next day or even the day after that. On clomid, i'm pretty sure as soon as I get my +OPK, I O that very same day. This month on 100mg/day, i've never experienced O cramps like this. Both sides of my stomach, hurts to even sit down. Anyways, I got high fertility from Clear blue digi for 4 days, and finally got my peak. The same day i got my peak reading was when the intense cramping began. So i'm assuming since i was cramping that that was a same day O. I think you still have a chance to O. Maybe your body was gearing up for it, stopped and is gearing up for it again.

Sorry I've been MIA for the last bit. My DH lost his job and, unless this cycle was successful (we didn't find out about his job until right around my O date) we will have to put our goals of TTC on hold. We currently have no health insurance and only my income to keep us afloat. I am crushed.

Oh, Lilith....I'm so sorry. I hope everything turns around for you two quickly.
Last month they laid off about 12 people where my husband works...thankfully, DH wasn't in the line of fire. Everything got rearranged - he's got a new boss, his old boss is now his coworker....weird. Lots of changes.
Then, I went to pick up my progesterone refill and my rx card wasn't accepted. They had terminated our coverage! It wasn't our medical coverage, but I had a true panic attack, and DH had to make some calls. (Everything is through his work plan.)

Had ultrasound this morning. Not my usual RE...and I think she stabbed me with the wand, moving all my parts around. My RE wasn't there yet, and she seemed pretty peeved that she had to do the ultrasounds.

But it looked like there was one good sized follicle on the left and two on the right....all about 10-12....I suspect I'll be back there on Thursday. They upped my dosage of follistim. Took 150 last night.

I am an incubator.

Sorry to hear bout the layoff but hopefully ul have some good news to make up for.. I am out of the running as AF showed up today right on time. This was my first round on clomid and needless to say I was pretty devastated.. cried buckets. I guess what makes it harder is my other two kids are pretty much looking forward to a younger sibling and praying hard for the same. It breaks my heart to see those little two hearts break month after month....Seems strange saying all this to total strangers but I understand now why there are so many infertility boards out there..Will be travelling for two months so don't think Ill be able to do any medicated cycles this month but it was nice to listen to ppl in the same phase of the journey as you are and happy for the ones that made it this month!! Good luck to the rest of us..

MrsF They just canceled your coverage without telling you?? How odd! I'd be super pissed, too! And congrats on the three follicles! That's great news. And I laughed at the incubator joke :) It's totally true!

Sparkle it's possible to not get a pos OPK and not ovulate while on Clomid. Perhaps you need a different dose or different drug like Femara. Let your doctor know

desp4third, I don't know what instructions your doctor gave you for progesterone, but I always take mine 48 hours after a trigger or pos OPK. And yes, infertility sucks and influences way more people than you'd expect. GL this month. I hope this works for you since you'll be traveling soon.
