37 years old TTC #1 for years // Never been pregnant

Hello everyone!
I feel so alone sometimes seeing everyone in here trying for #2, #3 etc and in early ages too while I’m 37YO and never been pregnant even though I’m trying for years! I never saw those two pink lines. Not a chemical, nothing! My body just cannot do it and I feel so defeated...
I really would like to see if there is anyone in same situation as mine. I made a similar post a while ago but all ladies close to my age had at least one child or been pregnant before.. I don’t wanna be rude and I understand that going through a chemical or a miscarriage must be the worst thing in the world when ttc but for me I don’t even know if my body is a even able to get pregnant, you know? And I’m not trying for 1-2 years too... I’m trying for almost 9 years.....
Anyone on the same boat? If you’re here... I would love to hear how you cope..

Baby dust to you ladies! Wishing you the best of blessings on your journey. I too have been TTCing for 7 years with DH. On and off trying and not preventing yet nothing happening as well. From Sept to Nov I tried taking Vitex and decided to stop due to it seemingly making my cycles lighter and shorter. I'm regular with 28 day cycles. Just not sure if I'm ovulating. Once AF showed it's annoying flowing I decided to give myself a break this cycle. I plan to start soy isoflavones next cycle with hopes to conceive. It's an Alternative to Clomid and have read a lot of success stories with women who have tried it. With many women getting bfps the first cycle. I was also thinking of trying the COq10 as well. Heard it's great for egg health and quality. Hope you. Ladies have a wonderful X-mas. Baby dust to us all!!!!

Much love and baby dust to you all. Just want you to know that i'm still here waiting to see BFP's from you guys! I wanted to chime in and make sure you are taking the ubiquiNOL version of CoQ10 because it is better. Also it takes up to 3 months to start working, so don't get discouraged and keep at it. I took 100 mg per day, but i have read the more you take the better (i read someone was taking 800 mg per day), but it can get very expensive. We also used pre-seed. Tried femara (similar to clomid) for one cycle with no BFP (couldn't afford more because the RE wouldn't prescribe it without ultrasound monitoring) I have mild PCOS and it turns out that metformin was my fertility drug -- got my first ever sticky bean 6 weeks after starting it with nothing else.

Roses Hey! Welcome and I’m so sorry you’re also struggling for so long. I’m not hoping to find more ladies like us! Never heard of soy Isoflavones but I’ll definitely check it! I’m pretty open to hear some success stories! Hopefully it will work for you as well! What cd are you?

Bug I’m praying that a sticky bean is on its way and 2020 will come full of joy for you!!

Lissa thank you hun! I did order the ubiquinol version of cq10 and I’m hoping it will help. It won’t be here till January tho so this cycle is on our own. I’m not expecting anything to work wonders and in a short time but I’m praying that eventually something will work. Glad to here from you! Hope everything running smoothly for you!

AFM I’m on my fertile days and thankfully we’re on holidays break too! Fingers crossed and lots of prayers for a new year’s miracle! Today is my bday. I’m turning 37 and even though hubby got me some amazing bday surprises I can’t help feeling a bit depressed... I really thought I would have a family by now...

Hey, Alex. I am somewhere between 6dpo and 8dpo. I started taking my temp around CD 18 and it's hard for the charts to determine my O. So, I am guessing that I am more closer to 8dpo if this cycle stays like my others. Dont feel pregnant. My temp is dropping and my RHR is dropping. So, not to hopeful for that xmas miracle. But I am still seeing the chiropractor and listening to my medications and learning to trust my body and God.
My poor fiance has been saving money for lasix surgery and we talked about using that money for the specialist route. I told him maybe we will not need the specialist and he can have his eye surgery. I am trying to be hopeful.

Bug Happy new year hun!! I’m crossing everything that you won’t need to use the money for the specialist route and you’ll be having a bfp in few days!
May 2020 be the year that will fulfill what we were struggling the majority of this past decade!

Happy New year Ladies!!! Wishing us all Bfps this year!
I decided that this year I would like to fully dedicate to me getting this bfp. I took a break for Dec because I've realized trying every month causes discouragement and stress once you noticed it's not happening. So I'm gonna start fresh this month. Expecting my cycle in a week and my first plan on the agenda are these soy isoflavones. My plan is to start them the 3rd day of my cycle. The information that I researched are as follows.
Soy isoflavones

WHEN?

You take Soy Isoflavones, like Clomid, on either CD (cycle day) 1-5 , 2-6, 3-7 , 4-8 or 5-9.

A lot of women will choose the middle cycle (3 -7)

1-5 = you produce more eggs, and ovulate sooner, with a stronger ovulation.

2-6 = you produce more eggs that usual, but not as many as taking it 1-5. Eggs may be more mature, and ovulation will be slightly more strong than 1-5.

3-7 = The best of both worlds, a few more eggs, and all eggs will be strong & mature, and ovulation will be alot stronger than 1-5.

4-8 = No more eggs will be produced, but the ones already there, will be matured alot more than usual, and ovulation will be very strong. Ovulation may only be brought forward a teeny bit.

5-9 = You'll have one very mature strong egg, from the ones you already produced on your own. Ovulation will either happen when it usually does, or a few days later, but your egg will be of great quality.

You can also take them with your prenatals, EPO, Ubiniquol,DHEA, B vitamins,Royal jelly etc.
I've heard of many women conceiving with various fertility issues such as PCOS, long cycles, short luteal phase, anovulatory cycles, weak ovulation, or just impatient to get a bfp. Even some women conceived taking them although DH have low sperm count issues and were able to conceive.
Also, I've noticed the dosages on the bottle can be very confusing at first. So it's important to read the back of the bottle to know exactly which amount of soy Isoflavones there are per capsule/ serving. The pills are usually sold as menopause relief pills so the doseages on the bottle aren't the exact serving you'd take for fertility.
The doses women take for fertility are between 80mg-200mg doses per day. With some of the capsules only containing 15,20,40mg of soy Isoflavones . It may say a certain mg on the front, but may not be the exact amount of soy as it say on the front. I know that some women get confused by that so just thought I'd put that in here. You may have to take many pills at a time depending on the brand you choose to use to equal to the dose you choose to use each day. Some women start on a low dose and increase each day. Starting with 80mg. And some ladies stay on a fixed dose throughout the 5days. It's totally up to you. All pills have to be taken at once with most women choosing to take at night to minimize side effects. Such as hot flashes, or headaches. Some women have no side effects at all. Although some women claim they have better sleep during the five days they take the pills. Also, they claim to feel really strong ovulation during the month that it's taken. As well as increased CM on fertile days of the cycle.
I'm very excited in trying these for this month and just wanted to spread some information to other ladies that may not have tried it and who may also want to look into it. It's a shot if nothing else. But I hear so much success from taking these pills. I figured to try it for at least 3cycles. Praying for us all and baby dust to us all. 2020will be a great year Ladies.

Thanks Alex! Although your Doctor I don't think would recommend soy
Isoflavones over artificial hormonal drugs such as clomid, femara, etc because that's what they're more familiar with rather than a more natural way to conceive. I still feel he/she may be able to give you a better insight on the benefits / side effects of taking them. I also noticed this sight as well has a lot of information of many different women that have tried them and succeeded as well. Just look up soy Isoflavones in the search bar and a whole list will pop up about women who tried it. I can't wait to start and will be posting my journey on them.
