@Lissa I'm glad to hear your tests came back normal. Fx for you!

CD 4, AF has slowed down after being Niagara Falls for 24 hours from CD1 PM to CD3 AM. Kinda glad it's a lighter flow due to having the HSG done today. Thought it was kinda gross to do one while on the AF but doc says it's better to do it then so that you dont mess up ovulation and swimmer's and You know your not pregnant. Guess he knows what hes talking about. My appointment is st 11:20am, going into work and then my boss gave me permission to not return back to work if I dont want too. We shall see how I feel and the results.

@Brittany, good luck in your TWW hoping at the end it's the results of a pumpkin baby.

@sigkap, yes I totally understand what you mean about shaking them when they complain.

@lissa yay on good results. I understand about ovulation, mine is normally CD 15 but last cycle it was CD 20/21 I think mine was due to relating my LP with a prenatal that has vitex in it. Started BBting 2 cycles ago and first cycle was up and down with no clear O rise slow rise. But last cycle my LP was longer and a very clear O rise in temps. I dont use opks never really got clear answers with them when I tried them in 2010-11 when I was TTCing with my ex.

Woohoo! My first solid smiley. I've only ever used the cheap Amazon OPKs in the past to help prevent so I've been curious to see how this test worked. But it's definitely matching up with my ovulation pain so We did get to BD last night but I'm gonna make sure we do again today.

In other, non-TTC news that I just really need to share somewhere before I break down into an emotional puddle, my son's father is causing major stress. (TL:DR my son's father may not return my son to me and I may end up having to move back to the east coast away from my husband due to a slight wording error in the custody order) I have always had primary custody and this summer I won the right to move my son and myself across the country to live with my new husband. We've been here now since August. Ex appealed the decision and the superior court decision came down today that the original judge made a technical error in the way he wrote the decision so now we're back to square one. My son is currently visiting his father for winter break and I'm terrified he won't let him come back next week as planned because now I don't technically have the right to have him living out here until a new custody order is written. Granted he also lives in a different state from where the old order has my son listed at and he's never had physical custody. I'm just in limbo as my lawyer tries to get this figured out ASAP and I know my ex will do everything he can to make it difficult.

I have been MIA cuz I was in the hospital and then my toddler was sick. Glad everyone is doing ok and either waiting to O or just did recently! I should be today, but my temps make it look like I did yesterday. I will wait to see what my temp is tomorrow to confirm. I won’t symptom spot unless I see a temp dip in a few days that looks like possible implantation. Otherwise I just psych myself out. Lol!

@sig I hope all works out and you dont have to move back to the east coast after moving. It should over looked until a new order is made since it was a legal judges error. Also, I'll pray that your son comes back without any issues from your ex.

My HSG wow okay before I give results. The tech is pretty awesome and wanted to check out my fibroid first. She did a transvaginal ultrasound and my fibroid grew a little from last year but docs not worried about that then. The HSG. I was already tense and nervous BP was 148/80 which was high seeing how on Monday it was 100/78 I believe. Well, doc went in with this mexhism that pinch the far out of my insides, I let out a Yelp. It went away then came the lines for the bubble test as he called it. It was uncomfortable, had some cramping but not to bad. My tubes were clear!!! Right side was a little slower than the left but the bubbles made it out. So, if any minor blockage was there I am now the proud owner of clean tubes. My tech Hugged me and told me she was going to pray for me to get pregnant. I thought that was so sweet of her. Now I. Home early from work and going to rest.

Btw I was reading about cold uterus verus warm uterus. How keeping your feet warm helps your uterus out a bunch since your uterus needs to be warm for baby productio. Chinese medicine, cant hurt to sleep with socks on.

@bug Thanks for sharing about your HSG. I'm looking forward to one of those at the next cycle (I hope I don't have to!) and it really helps to hear how yours went. I'm gonna wear socks to bed tonight!

@sig Oh, no, how stressful! I hope your son is home with you soon and the issue is well resolved.

AFM--I think I'm 3dpO today, although countdown guesses I'm 1dpO, so I'm planning to test on Jan 20th or 21st if AF doesn't show up first. A BFP would be wonderful that date, especially as it's the anniversary of my ultrasound in 2017 that showed no heartbeat. :( What a way to turn that day around! :) I keep telling myself: No pressure, though, right?

@Momma I'm sorry to hear that you were in the hospital and for munchkin was sick. Is everything okay now?

I have a question. Is there any way to change your ovulation date on here? Mine says I should O on the 16th but I did today. That's kind of a big difference.

@Bug so glad your test went well. I was so worried for you after hearing about others with negative experience with that test. I'm so glad the results were good and you're all set up to start again this month!

Ladies, i think i'm getting close to O. We started Bding on tuesday and again last night. I'm going to take my first OPK this afternoon to see if i have a "high" result. I recommend the digital test if you aren't using them now (Bug...). They are obviously easier to read than the strips because you just look for a smiley face instead of driving yourself crazy with lines. I use the advanced one that detects estrogen before the LH surge. I do that because my LH surge seems to come up super fast right before O and doesn't give me much notice. At least this way i have a clue its coming soon when i start getting the "high" result. I'm coming off a CP from last cycle so i have no idea what to expect this month Usually i O around CD 15 but last cycle i was delayed about a week and cycle before i was early by about 3 days. I've been all over the place and i've also heard that a CP can affect your next O date -- any experience with this? I do BBT and get a clear rise every time after O and then a drop right before my period. My temp is still nice and low this morning.

I also ordered an essential oil blend from Etsy called Fertile Myrtle and started using that last night. I try to add only one new variable each month of TTC to see if it makes a difference. Anyone else tried essential oils?

@lissa yes my nervous got the best of me but no problems today. Thanks for the tip. I use essential oils by young living one called progressive plus.

Hello ladies. Today I am Cycle Day 13. I haven't gotten a positive OPK yet, and my temperature is still quite low. DH and I are going to BD every night this weekend in hopes of catching the window. Good luck!
