October 2019 Babes TTC

Hey lovely ladies! I am back and gonna start trying this cycle for our last babe. I am looking for other ladies to share my journey with in TTC this month for late September/early October babes.

My little guy is only 13 months old and I breast feed him till I went back to work last year, since then my cycles have been so wonky, so I am not certain when my ovulation will be, but I started ovulation testing yesterday and got a low fertility result and tested again today and got a high fertility result both in the morning and night.

Crossing my fingers for all the ladies trying to conceive this cycle

@momma. Maybe avoiding is when it will happen. If I dont get pregnant this cycle. I'm going to not focus on it for at least 2 months due to work as well.

@matarick, I totally get you. I have.not been obsessing but now that I'm finally in the TWW I probably will.

Ladies, my temp finally rise enough for me to tell myself I'm either 1dpo or 2dpo. Since I always have two days that my temps climb. I will know more of what I am when I get further in this TWW. Hoping that we BD enough for something to have waited on the egg. We BD every other day and last night we didnt.

@bug I’m thinking you said previously that your boss is retiring, and you are getting promoted? Is that right? We had a gal in the office retire last month. We knew she was for over a year, and my boss decided last March he wanted to restructure the office and make me Office Manager. So I too got promoted. Our busiest time in the office is November through the end of January, and I’d hate to be gone on maternity leave.
@matarik I understand. I’m horrible about obsessing during the TWW. All I do is check CTP and google things nonstop. I feel your pain.

@amarie, yes thank you, I'm so happy to finally be in this part of the wait as well. Fingers cross for us both.

@momma, yes that is correct. Congrats in your promotion. I am pushing it with an October baby, which means I wont be able to take but 6 weeks instead of more but I'll take a baby any time really just wouldnt be an ideal situation at all. But hey having my first baby is more important to me. I'm just not going to force the next two cycles and timing everything.

Still really early at 7 DPO. Also posted on my page if you want to use tools. Am I crazy for testing this early? Total poas addict

@Momma and Bug I know! I'm so bad. I am not so great before ovulation but as soon as i'm 1dpo I start going nuts. I feel more impatient this time because I feel like I should pregnant and not even worrying about the tww anymore.

@a Marie, bot gonna call you crazy. But yes 7dpo is way to early, implantation might not have happened yet. I have seen so many negatives that I'm waiting till it's closer to AF or temps really show a difference.

@matarik I feel you. I hate how hard it's for me and nobody in my family understands bc they can opps get pregnant and me nope not in any of my years of life do I just get pregnant. It's a true struggle.

Officially 3dpo as my bbt finally has confirmed it. CD 19 is O date says fertility friend. Some reason this site says I 'd CD 12 it is apparently way wrong.

@bug. I'm sorry you have had such a hard time. I used to be a total fertile myrtle. I would ttc and it would happen no worries. I really took it for granted. Something must have changed in the past three years because I feel totally different. My cycles are different. I feel like my hormones are out of whack. I'm on my 13th cycle and have had two early losses. It has been really shocking for me as I just expected there to be no issues. Deep down I know something is not right but my gp has given me the run around saying it is all normal at 29 to start having these lady troubles. I'm still on a wait list to have investigations as I put my foot down and said no it is not normal. Hubby is not keen on going to a fertility specialist but it is looking like we may need to. I really hope not though. I'm trying to be patient but it has never been my strong suit.

I really hope you don't have long left to wait.

@matrix, yes our hormones do change. I know for a fact because I can look back through my life and remember getting EWCM, and globs of it in my undies when I was younger, I am 35 years old. I also know while I was under stress, I was dry as a bone. Last year I had a fibroid the size of an advocode seed. Die to hormone changing as you get older I had an estrogen dominance. The fibroid was discovered in 2011 when I was TTCing with my ex husband. It was just a tiny mustard seed then. So, in 5.5 years it grew in would have never discovered it if i didnt happen to go on Birth Control for 3 months in 2016 bc the guy I was dating at that time didnt want me to become pregnant it was the first time I had taken BC since 2010. Our bodies change yes but kudos to you for standing up for yourself. I would demand it. Sorry for your struggles.

Happy Monday, Ladies! I hope you all had a nice weekend. As for me, i had a big temp drop on Saturday morning and some very light brown spotting. I also had some pretty intense cramping friday night. Temps went right back up Sunday and was still elevated this morning. I'm 10 DPO today so of course i caved and POAS. It was a stark white . I might test again tomorrow morning but them i'm going to wait until AF is due this weekend. If we don't succeed this month i'm still feeling hopeful because we have an appointment scheduled with a fertility specialist in February.
