Panic Stations!!!

I am freaking out. Why did I test so early??? I had a feeling this month felt different, I was sure I was getting symptoms and it seemed so like my first pregnancy that I just couldn't wait until I'd actually missed my period and I've tested at 11dpo. Faint positive. Absolutely over the moon but now really panicking about having a chemical, if I hadn't tested so early then I wouldn't have even known about it. Oh baby please stick!!!
