This period isn’t normal... Should I POAS or just wait it out?

My normal cycle is pretty heavy, having to wear a tampon and a pad with pretty uncomfortable cramps and I usually have a lot of clots. I had sex two days before my period was due. And then it came 7 days late. And it is freaking me out because it’s totally abnormal for me. It’s lighter in color than normal, and my flow is also lighter than usually. And I cramped for a little, but it was so dull I barely noticed it. Is starting to slow up like it’s going to stop. It’s day two of this strange bleeding. Please help.
