Please could someone look at my BBT chart and help me out a bit?

Hello, this is my first month of charting properly, i temp at 5am every morning, On CD 20 i had a +OPK and had a blood streak in CM (sorry TMI) v.bad O pains and was v. gassy. BUT no rise in temp! Any advice? Thank you

i think you just have to wait a few days to see looks like you oved cd 20 if you see any signs of increased fertility then make sure you have intercourse other wise looks like you maybe in the two week wait

Hi,

It always used to take me awhile to see a temp spike after my first positive OPK- usually around 2 days, it's not always immediate

It looks like you O'd on cd20.... and it seems like you are having a "slow rise" which is very common and normal. your temp will just continue to rise from here on out. :) dont worry, everything looks great!!! Best of luck to you!!!
