UTI ALERT at 7 DPO

Hello everyone,
Has anyone had a UTI in their TWW and found out they were pregnant? I am 7 DPO and have a horrendous UTI, on antibiotics now(antibiotics will not affect pg did check). I have a dip and rise in my BBT chart but now i am not sure about an implantation dip as one symptom of an UTI is a rise in temp!.I also have not bd df since 20th so i know it's not from too much bedding!
Any ideas?
