HELP! Please! BBT chart and ovulation

Can your BBT chart show that you have ovulated falsely? Fertility friend and the chart here both have showed I have ovulated. Could it be wrong? This is the first time I have temped and I've had anovulatory cycles in the past while I was on clomid and they did blood work. Now I'm on clomid again and I'm very hopeful that I did actually ovulate. I always take my temp when I wake up before doing anything. I had ewcm on the day of ovulation and the day before. I'm also feeling weird in my pelvic area at supposed 5dpo it's hard to explain maybe a heaviness or pulling and something else expanding or a tightness (very hard to explain). For the last 3 days I've had dull AF like cramps in my lower back. Breasts are really sore, nipples are red and hurt and 3dpo i hurt under my arms beside my breasts.
