Sinus Pressure Tww

Hey ladies so I'm just finishing up my tww and I have the worst sinus headache. Typically I'll take some Advil Sinus and Congestion but worried that if I am pregnant it could mess something up, idk lol. Any suggestions?

If you’re pregnant there’s a good chance it’ll show up on a test but if it doesn’t show up you could still be pregnant haha. Maybe ask a doctor if there’s anything safe to take just in case

Try a very hot shower and running the hot water on your sinus cavity and that can help break the junk in the cavity without hurting the baby ( if you are pregnant). When you see your dr let them know whats going, sinuses and possibly pregnant so then that way they are aware.
