Spotting again this month

I posted before but this is the second time this month I've been spotting it's old blood this time when I wipe. I'm on the iud and have taken several pregnancy tests. And negative. I'm cramping crying alot bad headaches boobs hurt bitchy and back and front cramps and pain here and there in my left ovary but nothing bad.

If you currently have the IUD inserted, and experiencing all this I would highly suggest calling your doctor ASAP to make sure the device hasn't shifted and perforated the uterus.
