Pms or pregnant?

So I spotted for a day or two about two weeks ago just noticed when wiping. Now this week I've got front and back cramps,very bitchy,headache tired boons hurt and emotional. I'm actually on the iud and I know it's pretty impossible but was just curious.

It's hard to really say.... the spotting could be so many things, break thru bleeding, ovulation, implantation. If you do have an IUD and think you may be pregnant you should take to your doctor asap
