POAS November 2018 Discussion

Hey Ladies, I saw a thread like this started on another website and I thought it was a great idea. Hopefully we can get it going on this site too.

Simply state the day you plan to POAS (pee on a stick) in November and I'll put you down for that date. If you get a BFP, I'll put your name in {these brackets}. If you get that dreaded AF and a BFN, I'll put your name in [these brackets]. I would do underline and bold but I can't seem to do it on this site. I will be checking this discussion daily.

This is a great way to celebrate the BFPs but also see that you're not alone when getting your BFN.

Hi everyone. Just got back from the RE’s office, somewhat good news, I have a nice thick lining, and a 17mm follicle, but only one. I was hoping for at least a few follicles. Hopefully one is all it takes! I conceived my daughter having only 1 follicle on her cycle. Conceived her on the 2nd try, letrozole and trigger shot, first cycle had 3 follicles and didn’t conceive, her cycle had only one and a healthy full term baby, so you never know! This is the 2nd clomid trigger shot cycle, I’ve done like 8 clomid/letrozole cycles already, but am still holding onto hope that the trigger will do the trick. thinking I’ll ovulate Sunday or Monday. Gotta get busy this weekend but hubby’s not feeling well

AF still hasn't shown and really don't feel like she is coming? I just feel pregnant but still BFN this morning. Currently 17 DPO and 6 days late with some major pregnancy symptoms still. Almost threw up in the car yesterday. We are going to Paris for Christmas with both my husband's and I's families (small families) and we want to tell people but I need that BFP!! is this normal for me to get it this late???? UGH IM SO CONFUSED!!!

well AF just showed 6 days late....honestly fine with it at this point because that waiting was consuming my mind!! Must have ovulated later than I thought and I stopped using my OPK. Anyone recommend the Easy @ Home OPK vs. Wonfondo?? Let me know what's yall's favorite! And Maca!?!? Praying for a September baby now:)

@photomama good to hear you've got a nice follicle. If one is all takes, then I definitely think you have a chance!! Good luck and I hope you get that beautiful egg!

@brenneec I'm so sorry AF showed. I o'd 4 days later on the cycle I got my bfp and I used easy @ home opks. They were easy fo use and came with so many that I was able to use them more than once a day to make sure I didn't miss my peak. I'll definitely be using easy @ home for my next pregnancy.

BFN for me on Tues the 27th, and then AF on Wed, so this isn't my month. :( So happy to have shared cycle with you ladies. I'm overjoyed for the ladies who got their BFP. Best reason ever for nausea! I admire you ladies who struggle through hyperemesis gradivarum... On with the challenges of ttc! Anyone want to share the next cycle?
My favorite LH tests are clinical guard, I find them accurate and easy to read. I hate their HCG tests, though. I just use First Signal and wait until day before AF...
